Doesn’t Arizona Robbins have a monkey and a bear badge(s) on her lab coat? With all the spoilers and casting sides, the creative team of GA are toying with viewers just to see a reaction.

I agree with marriedmymcdeamy....but if it is a bear on Derek's land, I hope he doesn't hurt Derek or Meredith. Derek is one of the few who hasn't had anything medical happen to him yet. OMG that would be terrible. Maybe he gets attacked while fly fishing.
There goes my imagination running wild again.

guest,
I don't think that they'll cancel GA before S7. They have too much of a fan base and their actors are still pretty much famous, bringing them some sort of income.
In some way, I think that GA is going to be like ER in that sense, cancelling it or ending it until their producers feel like it.
To me, cancelling before S7 doesn't make much sense. S6 is going to be a challenge that could determine the course of the show (remember Shonda saying it was going to be a 'transitional season'?) and hence the decisive moment.
Also, if they didn't cancel it by ghost sex, I don't think that the bear will do much. :D
marriedmymcdreamy, well, that makes sense. I'll put my faith on the writers too. :)
Well, the bear could be on Derek's land, and get into the trailer. Or they could be part of some zoo/circus accident. Who knows. I have faith in the writers and producers that Season 6 will be great! Only about another month!

This is just way off Greys Anatomy' s usal style...
i hope the director and produced get killed off by the bear ,or get a disease by the monkey...nah, joking.

This sounds like it could be for one of those stand alone episodes that were talked about. Should be interesting. Maybe the bear will eat Izzie and Lexie.

anuflas,
The "deciding point" as to whether or not the show is worth watching anymore would not come after the show is finished, it would occur within this season. There's no point in watching something until the end if you're not into it (which may very well be the case with the 6th season of Grey's). Even tho people are apparently contracted for 7 seasons, there's nothing stopping the network from ending it at season 6 if they want to. Shows get cancelled often, even some of the most successful shows. For me if season 6 doesn't draw me in again I am not going to continue watching.

I actually just started to watch Grey's Anatomy this year. January to be exact when I bought season 1 to 4.
I've only loved this show for 7 months... but if they cancel it anytime soon I'd be very disappointed. But then again, all good things must come to end.... nooo!

guest, I think that the second part of the season (once EP is back from maternity leave) is going to be that decisive moment you say. Even so, everyone is contracted until S.7, so maybe after that...
Time really goes by, uh?

This is just weird. A bear and a monkey? I can't picture where are they going to be placed.
I'd like to see Finn again but he has to be also in a happy place now. I rooted for him but McDreamy had to win me over. Maybe this is the set up? :D

At least it isn't another unwanted new cast member brought in to further diminish the show's integrity and fan base. The show needs to get back to its roots and refocus on long-term characters storylines and stop introducing new characters and nonsensical plot lines. I believe season 6 will be the deciding point on whether or not Grey's is still worth watching.
