Raymond Langston: Heading to Miami and New York!

by at . Comments

We hope you like Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Raymond Langston on CSI.

Because fans of this franchise are about to see a lot of him!

It's been confirmed to TV Guide Magazine that the actor will be working overtime this fall: his character will cross over to both CSI: Miami and CSI: NY during November sweeps, with that week's storyline starting on Monday in Miami, continuing on Wednesday in New York and wrapping up the following night in Las Vegas.

Professor Ray Langston

This is the first time a crossover will involve all three of the CBS procedurals.

Consider it part of the sea of changes the network has said is in store for Fishburne and CSI this season.

Oh, this is bad. He's the reason I quit watching CSI last year; didn't make it through one whole episode when he supposedly "replaced" Grissom. I hope he doesn't ruin CSI:NY like he did the original; Miami's always been the redhaired stepchild to me anyway, so it's a wash.
