I just think theres alot of great shows on Mondays, GG is perfect to me. I totally like Dan this season!
but i would like Serena and Nate to hook up, that would be great, Nate needs some drama in his SL.

idk why the ratings have failed, but i would like to see Nate&Serena r see Serena&Dan back together, I REALLY DISLIKE CARTER, he's a lame, he's just a character they always use to fill in the blanks on the show!ugh get rid of him and Scott plz

How can C/B be boring when we haven't seen them much??? Their scenes were 1:44 last episode!!! The writers are playing into the hands of people who say C/B will be boring if they're together. Its just not true. C/B could be hot and funny (in the same scene) if written that way.

CB are boring. DS aren't together. Rufus and Lily are annoying. Vanessa sucks. Nate is sooooo boring. We barely see any Jenny and Eric...the list goes on...

The raitings are probably bad b/c CB are boring this season. I mean where is their fire and heat like the previous seasons? This year Chuck acts like he does not want to touch Blair. It's odd and I am losing intrest. I thought them being a couple would be amazing but they just sorta bore me now.

i miss the Chuck of Season 1. the Blair of Season 1. Derena of Season 1. everything in Season 1 was exciting. the stories are fast and entertaining. now it's the stories are being drag to no excitement

It has strayed quite a bit from the "hook" it had last season. It's always glamorous and witty, but Season 2 had a new depth that transcended fashion and cliche. There was another layer to the characters. The storylines were darker, richer. GG is it's own worst enemy sometimes. It's set the bar so high with such fantastic writing and character development (while still being clever and light at the same time). Now, anything that falls short of that, even if it's great standing alone, it just doesn't compare. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's strange to see Blair and Chuck so sickeningly sweet with each other. I love them, but they're kind of boring now. I miss the passion, the betrayal, the heartbreak, and the vulnerabilities. And with everyone in college now, it's different... I loved loved loved Season Two. So far, S3 feels a little contrived and...well, predictable. I hope it will impress soon. I have faith that the writers know what works and what doesn't and that the real d

I think there needs to be drama...like somebody gets pregnant and actually keeps the baby. Also, somebody should be killed off (preferably Vanessa). Blair's bulimia could flair back up and Chuck could help her through it.

nate must kick out he is and his storyline are boring serena is going crazy carter seems so bad and not having a quit good story with serena scot is sooooooooo bad i like vanessa she is the only action and dan oh dan boring we kike the old lonly dan not the popular dan and we like the old chair pitshes

ok to those of you replaying 2 this "You people seriously need to STOP watching the show if you want to continue all the stupid nagging! God! Unbelievable! And you people call yourselves fans! Not even three episodes have been aired and you people start with all the bs judgements!"
Let me make something clear-I did not tell you to stop watching the show literally. All I was saying is that there are many people judging the season too quickly by saying that is not good enough-this season sucks and bla bla bla. I mean come on only 2 episodes have been aired right? So lets watch a couple more episodes and then bring on all the suggestions & complains.

I agree that people, like me, who buy gossip girl on itunes need to be factored into the ratings as well. One thing I am not looking forward to this season is seeing HIlary Duff on the show. Cut her out IMMEDIATELY! and i'll be happy. Also, I wish we saw more of Jenny, and less about Vanessa, Dan and Georgina. Don't like the whole Dan and Georgina fling thing. However, I do love Chuck and Blair together. And what's the deal with Serena? she's so much more interesting when she's on top of her game.

one thing that i think would make viewers happy would be to move Blair back to her house. that would keep the glamor alive and not fade away and turn into a normal college show. the reason that people watched GG in the first place is because of the glamor and gossip. it was an indulgence, but with college, i fear that it may turn into a reflection of normal, poor people's lives.

i think what's wrong is that gossip girl went from a sexy teen drama to a lack-lustre and lame as fuck wannabe sex and the city type comedy .. i'm totally not into it .. its getting so boring like the biggest piece of drama was chuck cheating on blair which just turned out to be some weird and creepy sex game .. and the whole nyu dorm college shit is just not gossip girl for me .. it seems kinda cheap, filthy and stupid .. for a hot second i thought i was watching gilmore girls or saved by the bell college years. i want the glamorous sexy rich version of gossip girl in the first season. unfortunately i think this may be gossip girl's last season. the only way i can see it maintaining itself is by moving on from serena and crew and there state college dorm life shit and embark on a new crop of sexy, naughty, snobby, rich PRIVATE SCHOOL kids back at constance .. carlysles are still untouched but if they do decide to revamp gossip girl i just hope they don't ruin it like the ruined the bo

I agree that Serena was at her best in season 1 with Dan. Season 2 she's okay and season 3, she's annoying. and why is the writers always write her as the stupid blonde girl? now for trusting Carter?
The show has become dull. I anticipate 90210 a lot more than Gossip Girl now because that show has a lot more DRAMA! and I used to HATE 90210 because it was just another Gossip Girl wannabe. Gossip Girl needs more DRAMA in it that can keep us tuned in. Give us some OMG moments! I think this show has too many casual scenes and episodes. I think what I loved with Season One was that every episode was kind of a story on it's own (minus the first 3 episodes which was an ARC but a really awesome ARC). Episode 4 with Blair's mom choosing Serena over Blair. The Cotillion episode with the two-faced Grandmother. Those Episodes were great! Do that again! With season two, it was too much of a sit-com and not enough of a drama. Step up your game Gossip Girl

I have been a GG fan since ep 1 and i was captured by it! Now i think that the changes that the writters/producers have done to the characters have been somewhat sudden. I mean, it feels natural that the grow up as they're moving on, to college, busyness and all but still i think that the jump from season two to season 3 was brutal, maybe we needed to see gradual changes in their lives, i am absolutely thrilled about seeing the upcoming episodes, like Rufus-lily's wedding and their reunion with Scott and everything new but maybe we need to see some new scheiming and some new interaction between them, i think they are just falling apart, Serena being a b**ch as she used to be before the show started, but she isnt coll without blair to help her. I am loving Chair. Plus, Lonely Boy being Popular??? that's just weird :S hahaha he's not so cool as i would have thought...

And another thing, I am not particulary a Dan and Serena fan, but this whole Carter thing is so obviously a plot to go back to them in the future. And Olivia and Georgina. I mean it kinda makes me angry b/c I see them as the OTP of the show even though they are not my kind of couple. If anything the show is telling us they don't work apart and are best together, so just get to the point.
This whole RL story (which is more annoying than entertaining)is so obviously a way to keep them apart and Scott...what the hell is this dude's deal? I read spoilers that say he is not evil, but I feel like I need to go light a match and ward off evil spirts every time he is on screen. I guess just stop put
