Grey's Anatomy

The first of hopefully many previews of the two-part, Season 6 premiere of Grey's Anatomy has been released by ABC. It's only half a minute long, but it's quality.

This doesn't give away many huge Grey's Anatomy spoilers, but we do see some early MerDer love in the below clip. On the stairs, no less. That's gotta hurt!

Meanwhile, it looks like Izzie could be headed back to her trailer roots. Sorta.
