I found a review of the new episode.
It would appear from the review that someone gets 'turned on' by George's death. That would appear to be Cristina, but that's probably cos she's ducking the reality that George is dead. She went shopping in the dollar store when Mer was on the brink of death.
Bailey has a melt down. Arizona has a storyline (read elsewhere she deals with a teenager).
The review also said that serious tensions arise between Dr Webber and Dr Derek Shepherd. I'v elooked at thepromo again and Der does look kindof p***ed off with the chief

I take it all back. Here's part of S6 SP review:
"...and, most interesting of all, serious tensions arise between Dr. Webber and Dr. Shepherd (James Pickens Jr. and Patrick Dempsey respectively)."
If they're mentioning tensions it's because the Chief really was caught off guard about this. Freakin' excited about it.

TR didn't agree to it. The man in the table could be any extra given the make up for it. Obviously, George's face isn't going to be a priority to fix (more than his life), so it could be anybody playing him.

Please could someone explain to me did TR agree to prerecord some scenes for season 6? I'm sure he's on the operating table, and I know they called TR back to film his appearance in his army uniform when he and Iz were on the brink of dying. I didn't think he started filming this season.

I think Der says 'Urge me to take the job' Chief 'Take my job'.
But I keep remembering how GA promo's have lead us astray in the past. Remember the one where Der was seen kissing Ad when her brother had those things in his brain. That didn't get shown.

Don't get me wrong I love the promos. But the always cut out part of converstions so you really have no idea what they are talking about. So, you cant really trust the promos.

Grey's alway has the promos make you think one thing when its not true :) I watched the Derek/Richard scene again and it almost seems as if Derek says "They're asking me to take your job." Then chief sounds pretty defensive when he says "Take my job." I think that maybe they cut off the front of Chief's sentence like he could of said, "There is no way in hell youre getting my job."or "They think they can just ask to you take my job." You know what I mean? A trick somehow? I remember that they did it also on a promo when Derek was like "I met a women last night." in the promo and Mer goes "Should I be worried?" and Derek goes "Yeah, you should be worried." But he really says, "Should you be worried I met a women last night? No. Should you be worried it was the highlight of my week? Yeah, you should be worried." So yeah, that's my thought process right now? Anyone understand a word I wrote? lol

After watching it a few more time I actually think Derek says "You're asking me to take the job?" and then Chief says, "Take my job." I can't decide whether I think he's saying they or you're.. But either way, it looks as if someone offered Derek Chief's position.

I see that but Richard has never been that expressive, LOL.
I find it hard to believe that the Chief would be blindsided by this but by the way things are going...I don't know what to believe anymore. :)

Oh boy oh boy oh boy!
This first episode is going to be tragic, I can see that well enough from the two previews. . . but I especially liked this one, 'cause. . . well, gee!--Look at all that CristinaxOwen action in 30 seconds. :D I'm super excited.

She had no choice? Are you kidding me? She could have sent George to the army, sent him to another hospital because he couldn't deal with AI, get a promotion. There are MANY other things she could have done. It gets done all the time. So yes she chose to kill him off when we all begged ehr not to.

@George lol, nearly the same problem here. I have exams on this day (and not in the mood to learn for it, thanks to greys!) and so I'm wishing on the one side that september 24th comes very fast, and on the other side, i wish it would be months away. crazy circle.
the person in front of meredith: first I thought Derek, but then I saw the Promo in a better quality, and now I'm thinking probaly one of George's brothers??
About the links someone posted for watching - my english is very bad so I don't understand everything: Can I watch with this links the episode per livestream, or do I have to wait till the next day??? I so wanna watch it per livestream, can't wait any longer. ^^ (and thanks to the exams i can't book a flight from germany to america just for this show. ^^)
