Chuck's voice is divine, fullstop! xD And oh yes, this is just a teaser, people! Trust me, when Chuck says he'll make it up to Blair, he always does. :) I hate myself for watching these teasers and then keeping myself in suspense for what happens afterwards though, lol. xD

omg soo overreacted for this scene please is not that blair is needy, I could imagine if I have a boyfriend like chuck I would love to do it some many times a day but I dont have him so on the other hand look his eyes when he said I need to focus, you can read btw lines and know he is saying I cant really focus if you are here cause you are so hot is not he doesnt like her remember than elle and vanessa time he was a train wreck now he is changed because of her.. =)
so yes the makeup would be great

I would also like to make another point. Fans of this show become so emotionally invested in these TV relationships that they try to breathe real-world rationale into these relationships, or they don't seem to fit into our frame of mine. That's natural, but when you take it too far, you're missing the point of entertainment. And that's wrong. We should only do that to a point, because there are a lot of things that are PURPOSELY exhaggerated in the show. Sometimes for the sake of comedy, sometimes for the sake of drama. And just like fans, the writers sometimes go overboard, sometimes even ridiculously so, and that starts to smell. I like it when the writers exhaggerate just enough to make it funny or interesting, take a little bit of a dramatic license sometimes, but still keep things generally realistic enough.

It's not desperation on Blair's part at all. There is no need to take a comedy scene like this out of context. The times Chuck rejected Blair were all appropriate for the respective circumstances of those times. What does a fan want? If you want an easy relationship setup, to only complain later that it's neither here nor there, look no further than Nate's relationships. If you want a happily ever after story, read a fairy tale. The Chuck and Blair relationship is a cross of many things. No single fan will ever be satisfied by totally everything. Therefore, we should be satisfied that Chair exists, period.
And lets not forget that Blair rejected him many times too before she broke through her denial issues. When they deal with real issues, it shows, and when it's comedy, it shows too. It's all great. Blair will always act the princess that she is. That's what makes her so great as a character. Just because Blair didn't get her itch scratched this time doesn't mean that Chuck rejecte

I agree, chuck does have big shoes to fill, plus serena has already made a fool out of him 2wice, he definatly has to prove to the board that he isw not the same as he was in high school.
So he is very busy and it looked like he was planning a buisness proposal. Since Blair is at NYU, he has probably been very ocupied with bass industries. But yes they will make up for it. They never show the good chair sneak peaks.

LOVE the SCNENE - and totally understand Chuck I mean he maybe is a bit harsh (the way he pushes her away) but I KNOW it will be amazing when he makes up for that!!!!! Can not wait till Monday! BTW did anyone else notice that he is wearing the tie he is going to wear at Sothebys during the auction (blair is wearing something else though...) Just noticed...

I like that I'm not sure where Carter's going with the Serena thing... it's good to have enigmatic characters like him around.
And Blair's learning that money doesn't grow on trees... someone has to do the work to keep her in the manner to which she's accustomed! Welcome to the adult world... :-|

We this remind me a little of the season 2 chair which i love by the way except for the part were it always end with a sad note. so i hope for this episode 3 though it will have magical chair moment with lots of passion which is the only thing they have not give us yet for season 3 but its early times yet. we r looking for too much chair in 1 blow the other characters have to get their shine on too.

All I have to say is Chuck Bass better make this up to B!
But, Chuck has new shoes to fill with running Bass industries and trying to outdo his father's success. And I truly think he wants to make Blair proud of him as well.
Now as for if it were Elle or Vanessa there........Chuck would of had them thrown out already!

I was so happy at the beginning of Chair scene and as it continued the smile was gone. But then Blair's rant at the end was kind of funny and sad at the same time. Oh Chuck, I know he's growing up, but to not have time with your girlfriend shame on you.

its all a setup to tease the viewers. why else would b say "i recommend the hot applecider caramel" and chuck immediately respond "on what?" so she could flash him that's why. then they tease us again by not doing it but we know the make up scene is coming later. i just hope they include the make up scene in the same episode so we would not have to wait too long.
