Bored to Death: Renewed for Second Season
Looks like HBO viewers love their Bored to Death quotes.
The network has picked up this Jason Schwartzman series for a second season.
The series stars the actor as Jonathan Ames, a novelist with writer's block that acts as private investigator. Ted Danson and Zach Galifianakis also star.
Said programming president Michael Lombardo:
"Bored to Death offers a unique combination of noir mystery and neurotic humor that has been an instant hit with critics, while the audience for the show is growing steadily. "I'm delighted that we can bring the show back for another season next year."
The second season will begin production in 2010.
