Callie and AZ need to get busy. I love them but they need to start being more affectionate with each other. And for god sake kiss once in awhile and wake up naked in each others arms. Like they really have a relationship. And I love you wouldn't hurt either.

Yayy lots of Derek!! I loved Lexie saying 'I am your sister'. She is so cute:) And I hope Derek's fights with the chief don't affect Meredith and Derek's realationship!! I don't know why the chief always supports Bailey and not Derek. He is a bastard.

Oh I had my doubts about Derrick pulling the surgery off. But after that scene. I think he might pull it off with the help of the other doc's. It looks like a hell of a show. I can't wait. You go Derrick and Bailey:)

If Derek loses the patient on the table, what's happening now?The chief 'll throw Derek from the hospital, the Shepherd's Method don't mean nothing...i don't understand more nothing.In this show i see many contradictions, in a moment Shonda has the ability to sweep away a whole season as anything, you believe to see a thing but this isn't true.It's only a my consideration.

I don't get why the Chief tell Derek "if he sure that he still want the Job" If the Derek really wanted the job he would've just take it and not tell Chief what the board was up to. The Chief is an ungrateful bastard and can totally see why this fight with the Chief is going to affect MerDer.

i cannot wait !!!!!!!this episode 'll be great episode .Derek fights against the chief ...Who will win the match?Mer 'll help Derek in this question? I don't known and i hope that he won the cancer...i hope that Mer and Der don't lose your balance as a couple for these fights with the chief ... at least i hope,because Shonda don't tell me right.

In the one promo the cheif is saying how he doesn't want Derek to operate on an inorperable tumor....Wasn't it the cheif who in season 5 brought that young girl with an inoperable tumor in from another hospital for Bailey to fix. So i don't think he should be telling Derek no.
