I highly doubt Chuck and Blair are involved in this. Since it's not a dream sequence, I'm convinced it's Georgina and Dan with Olivia or Vanessa. It'd be too expected for Chuck and Blair to participate in that; they're going for an OMFG moment, and what better than showing good guy Humphrey with two girls?
Plus, Chuck and Blair are supposed to be all happy and shit through 3x11, so I highly, highly doubt they would be that happy if they were having threesomes. What with Blair's insecurities about Chuck, anyway, I can't imagine she'd do a threesome with another girl when she's afraid she's not good enough already.
Georgina, however, is psychopathic, and I can totally imagine this.

Yes its not a dream its real. Ok so it can't be Chuck/Blair/Josh because Josh is only in one epi. I highly doubt its Chuck/Blair/Dorota. it can't be Nate/Bree/Carter because Brees last episode is this Monday. After that shes gone. it can't be Serena/Dan/Blair because Aussilo said Chuck and blair would be happy through 11 so if there happy Blair would not be having a threesome with dan and Serena. I don't think its Rufus/Lily/Mr. Van der Woodsen because they haven't even cast Mr. Van der woodsen yet. I also really don't think its Chuck/Blair/Nate because again if c&B are happy why would they be having a threesome esp with Nate who chuck had jealousy issues with. So that leaves:

Chuck,Blair and Nate is waaaaayyy too obvious since they were the one big triangle (lopsided though it was) last year. It won't be them - even in a dream.
It'll be someone really unexpected and shocking. (There's nothng shocking about Chuck having a threesome. lol.)
The title of the episode has Humphrey in it so I think the threesome will involve Dan in some way. Seeing good guy Dan Humphrey get it on with two chicks will be a real shocker.
