I loved the episode!! But I am dying too, for some real MerDer. I can't wait to see Mer full time again!! But the end scene was cute. And Derek was sooo HOT!!
Can't wait for next episode focused on Derek!! Yayyyy!!

I thought this was one of the most intense episodes in a long time. I LOVED the kind of murder mystery feel to it. It was totally original for Grey's, and after 6 seasons originality is definitely a good thing.
I'm starting to like the Mercy West docs and all the drama they bring (plus how hot is that blue-eyed guy??). I hope the 3 that are left stick around for a while.
Also, for all the people just DYING for some MerDer action, I'm just glad to see Ellen in the show at all, considering she's massively pregnant.
Anyway, SO much tension, I haven't been that drawn in for the full hour in a long time. Good stuff, Grey's, keep it up. :)

this was a really good espisode...at least all the memebers were there and it seems that most got the same amount of air time. I wish there were more Cristina and Owen together momemts.

I thought it was a good episode. Shonda noted that this season they're exploring and trying new things, so this episode to her was also a new experience and I liked it. I like that they're trying new things, granted I feel like we're lacking a little bit of humor this season, but all in all, it wasn't too bad. As always I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more Mark and Lexie but all in good time, I suppose.
I liked Alex in this episode. And I also didn't mind Dr. Avery, he's the only Mercy Wester I do like. He's kind of arrogant but still likeable.

That was an AMAZING episodes. So well written, tension was almost palpable!
I agree, I want more MERDER. Or rather, more Mer, less Der.
Anyway, keep it up guys, unbelievable.

To whoever was asking about the patient that died (sorry, forgot your name) in the guest cast it's Erinn Hayes. I also thought it was the girl of CSI.

Ouch, harsh much? I loved the episode, one of the main reasons was that it was in a different format. I know how good Grey's Anatomy is but this episode definitely deserves a place there.
Oh, and don't worry. Derek will have 44 minutes of air time next week.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
HAS THE WRITER OF GREYS ANATOMY HIT ROCK BOTTOM...WTF WAS THAT!!!!! TERRRIBLE....it was like playing a bad game of clue with so much fluff...i'm sorry but anyone that like that episode has NO idea what good Greys anatomy is....it's actually a disgrace to the show!
On the other hand...THANK GOD 1 mercy west person is off....only a couple more to go.
Derek Sheppard who? He had about 10 lines this episode....
I can't watch this anymore....Grey's ended at season 3 .... the rest were just hopefuls ... it's been going down the drain...and for someone who has only ever like this show, i'm so pissed off! grrrrrrrrrr

Yes, Derek's comment was perfect. AMAZING episode - I loved how Shonda got everyone in and the flashbacks were great. Well done. The whole thing was great.
And PP was GREAT as well - Kate Walsh rocks. Some pretty great scenes in there. (Addie realizing she's an ass at times, Coop with Charlotte, Naomi and chocolate. Good stuff.)
I miss Izzie on GA!!

I am 2nd year Bsc in Radiography student. I just recently did that in Class. Always check Airway Breathing and Circulation. I felt sorry for April but she supposed to know better.
i miss George. For a moment i thought it was Lexie.
i agree with Derek it 's chief fault.because they are paranoid about losing their jobs.

it wasnt an overdose. the initial doctor caring for her overlooked her throat, which was covered in soot. she was not overdosed.

Just when I think it's Colonel Mustard with a revolver in the kitchen (that poked a hole in the patient's airway), it turns out to be Professor Plum with a dagger in the dining room (overdosing her.) :]
