OMG!! My first thought exactly as I saw her was that she is Mark's long lost daughter that he never knew he had.
The person that is going to cause a bit of problems between Mark and Lexie [And if she really is playing as his daughter there will be a few years of age difference between her and his dad's girlfriend lol:O]

Well she's too young to be a med student, so maybe Nao is correct. Mark has sown a lot of wild oats.
