My Antonio Winner: Brooke Barlow!
This is classic.
On the very recent My Antonio series finale, Antonio Sabato Jr. chose Brooke Barlow as his soulmate. Is the couple planning its wedding? Not exactly. The pair would have to actually be speaking in order to do that.
In an interview with VH1, Brooke spoke on the status of her (non) relationship with Sabato...
On her status with Sabato: I’m just going to be honest with you: I am not in touch with Antonio. We haven’t spoken in probably two, three months.
On problems with the relationship: We couldn’t really court, because we weren’t allowed to be seen in public, so it’s very difficult to try to have a relationship behind closed doors. We had just met and we tried to pull it off. We saw each other for probably a couple of months after the show was filmed, and then we just decided it was best to see other people, and I haven’t heard from him since.
On any future reconciliation: I think we could be really good friends. I’m not mad at him. You can’t say a bad thing about Antonio Sabàto, Jr. He is beautiful and he has a very kind heart. And yeah, if he called me and wanted to go to dinner, sure. As far as picking back up in some sort of serious, committed relationship, that would take some time.

Antonio picked the wrong girl for sure. Brooke may be "nice" and "playful" but they just weren't a match. Antonio has a lot more class than Brooke and he should have chosen Miranda!!!!!! Antonio's mom is classy as well and knows what is best for her son.
Antonio couldn't get past his hideous attraction for that Brooke girl and made a mistake with that for sure.

His mother was pathetic, but no more pathetic than him.
Regardless that you have an overbearing, "can't let go", "needs to control your life" mother... it's ultimately up to YOU to live your own life.
Throughout the show, I found his mother to be hateful and jealous... almost to the point of thinking that maybe she believed herself to be the only woman good enough for her son.
What's even more pathetic is that he allows her to be THAT significant in his life. I mean, come on! We all love our Moms, want to take care of them, appreciate them, respect them and see them happy. But I don't want my parents living MY life.
They deserve each other.

He should have chose his ex-wife bottom line. I mean they were young (he was young. Je ne sais pas. But come on his mom is the devil's . . . (you fill it in.) With her he will never find anyone. That's probaly what ran his ex-wife away( she was just scared to tell him.) I felt very sorry for her when his mom came in her hospital room and attack her like . . . Je ne sais pas. Yea, if T. didn't go all freaky at the end he probaly would have pick her. I mean the finale episode he look sick. Like he had lost his best friend( he couldn't have been serious the last episode. he just couldn't figure out if he mad the right choice. THAT'S HOW I FEEL. MY ANTONIO 2 WILL B LIVE AND WELL. BUT IF YOU CAN DEAL WITH HIS MOTHER YOU ARE A G.
