Seven Sneak Previews of "Invasion"
On tomorrow night's Grey's Anatomy, the "Invasion" is underway.
The episode title is an appropriate one, given the swarm of highly suspicious new doctors from Mercy West descending on Seattle Grace. The merger is in full, awkward swing.
In the first sneak preview, Meredith talks about the evil, invading "others" who have come to take their jobs, and how the Seattle Gracers are not going to be pushed around!
She's been watching a little too much TV while stuck in bed ...

If these new doctors from Mercy West are to be kept in the background stories, like Nathalie correctly said - like they do with Olivia, the male nurse, Sidney and our Fab 5 interns (apart from Lexie who is a regular cast member) - I guess it's ok, it can be a refreshing change.
We know they'll fight with our beloved characters for their jobs (so I hope this episode will be a one-time thing just to introduce them to us) so I hope they'll keep it at that. We don't need to know more about the new doctors, we just need them there to spike up some of our regulars like Cristina who DESPERATELY needs to get her groove back on.
I miss my Cristina. I am very much like her in real life so I'm angry at how Shonda made her become so useless this season... She doesn't even seem the same anymore... So, we need a cardio surgeon. And fast. Dixon was a stunner but unfortunately you viewers didn't like her. Mary McDonnell did a hell of a job and she should have become a regular.

I'm so glad they left Meredith in. Well, about the new people, let's say it this way. As long as they stay in background it's okay. Or they shouldn't be meaningfuler than Olivier was, if you remember season 2 with her. That would be okay, could be nice, but the main characters are the old one or at least the older one (Lexy became one). I'm pretty excited how the episode with Derek will work out. But I hope the take more care about the old characters, whichs' story is not even almost over. =)

Wow I'm slow. It took me watching the AZ and Callie scene about 5 times before I realized Callie had on the dark blue scrubs. She got her promotion. Yayyyy for Callie!!!!!!
