and rufus and lily were hilarious in the scene with vanessa's mom..

Jenny is never punished for her big ass backstabbing and big petty crap she pulls. wow she gets grounded that is no big deal but I am suppose to forgive her though. Vanessa has never said she good which is retarded. Jenny is the most self-serving out of everyone and has least redeeming qualities and she is the most ungrateful. It hypocrisy that Vanessa gets all the hate for shit all the girls do. Leighton Meester has said that Blair is a good girl but we all know that is not totally true. i am still piss for the nair bull, blair did which was far worst because blair try to make it mean something more like declaring love for Nate. Vuck only slept together get over yourselves. as you can see vanessa really always ends up alone.

yeah Blair is punished all the time¡ and the girl never learns ,she is an airhead that's why she didn't go to Yale,her actions in 2.05 and 2.15 were pretty moronic and well this season she is plain stupid ,how can someone believe the students of NYU would like to be represented by someone like her.

Blair is punished all the time for her actions. She also never catches a break when she helps out people (Serena, Chuck, Nate). However, Vanessa does lousy things and then is always painted as the victim. This season is amping this up to new proportions. No one is saying Blair is a perfect person. Blair doesn't say she's a 'good person' so I don't see how she's a hypocrite. The hypocrisy is judging people and smelling like a rose when Vanessa lies, judges and betrays continually but still acts like she's better than everyone else.
And word on the inability to act, xoxosexylv57. Oh, and the 'oh her Mom is so bad' is yet another attempt to shove her in Blair's role (which has been happening at least since Chuck in Real Life). If they want us to like her, maybe give her her OWN storylines and issues not "Oh Mom like Blair's ONLY WORSE because VANESSA IS THE VICTIM REMEMBER."
Ugh.

The big hipocrisy is to say or even believe Blair is a better person than Vanessa.
Vanessa looks beautiful on the videos, her sl is really nice this season and I like her, I like her a lot.

I have NEVER liked Vanessa. from the moment she became a character on the show. there is not one redeeming quality to her. And I think I have pinpointed one of the main reasons why I dislike her. The way that Jessica portrays her makes her have NO redeeming qualities. I don't feel like there's any vulnerability or sincerity in her character - she is entirely self-serving. It could have VERY easily gone this way with Blair, if Leighton Meester didn't make her accessible she would be the most grating character on the show. Not that Jessica Szohr doesn't seem like a really sweet person in real life, it's just that her portrayal of Vanessa I think is a bit one-dimensional.
That said, I think the writers do abuse Blair, and have been for the greater part of the end of season 2 and all of season 3 thus far. I thought we were done seeing pathetic breakdown Blair. I want the sassy confident Blair of season 1 and the first half of season 2.

I have to admit that I've disliked Vanessa's character from the very beginning when she showed up to "get dan back"... still dislike her... and I don't see anything in the future that would make me like her... maybe if she moved away... dan and her could have a long-distance best friend relationship!! Oh, and I disliked her way before the chuck/ed hookup so that's not an excuse!!

I love Vanessa and I'm so happy she has more screentime this season and the difference between V and B is V always learn from her mistakes and apologize about them unlike Blair that just keep making the same mistakes over and over again and never ever apologize,she cries and whatnot but never really apologize.
and there is no one more hypocrite in this show than Blair she even lie to his father last season and to his boyfriend now selling him like a doll,I'm sure if Josh wasn't gay she would offer herself to him.

Vanessa hatred is stupid and she is not portrayed as a good girl imo the one they try to make it seem as she is good is Jenny which now will change because she is queen but technically Jenny has always been a bitch.
I love Vanessa and the whole idea that V is good is stupid comes from the interview Jess Szohr did saying V was but Leighton did the same thing in season 1 saying Blair was a good girl. It really is fangirl delusion.
I am happy we get see what Vanessa has deal with at home and finally really this has nothing to do with Blair it just so happens Blair wants it and Vanessa got it. I don't think she wanted to the speech to spite Blair. Not everything evolves around Blair it ain't the Blair show just like this ain't the chair show. Blair's mother seems alot less critical than Vanessa's base off this clip.

I don't like Vanessa, but I don't hate her. I kind of just think of her as a pawn in the show; she acts as a filler, and she connects the characters.
In season one, she was used to explain Dan's background, and was B's enemy-I believe that J was Blair's rival, while V was (and is) her enemy.. if that makes sense. In season two, she just moved the storylines along: Nate's cougar issues, Jenny's relationship woes with Nate, etc. In season three, so far, she has played a big role in both the lovechild plot, return of Georgina, and Dan's new relationship with Olivia.
Now, seriously, I'm not crazy about the girl; it's simply that I don't really mind her [except in certain circumstances], and view her not as a main character but as a pawn that keeps the storylines moving.
Please don't kill me for not hating her! Haha :]

Alex they think Blair lose to Vanessa since V and C interacted in 2.07 and 2.20 because the love Ed feels for Jess was so obvious in their scenes,the way he look at her,his smile... that most of the CBers can help but believe Blair lose to V and that's why they hate any CV interaction but no Blair never lose to V,it's just fangirl delusion.
I kinda like V and been completely honest I watch GG for CND I don't really care about any of the girls.

I've watched the show since the beginning and I really don't see what the big deal is.
So what if people think she's boring, I think Serena+Jenny are boring but I don't tell them to die.
This is just a show, go outside and take some air maybe that can help all ur anger issues.
