BEST EPISODE THIS SEASON!!!
LOVED IT FROM START TO FINISH!!!
- Awesome centralizing the episode about derek - was really interesting and fun to watch
- Incredible Mer/Der time (drawing on the wall, final scene)
- Lexi and Christina were hilarious with the diaper thing!
- Loved Arizona and Callie this episode
Final verdict: FIRE THE CHIEF!!!! He is becoming so annoying!

my favorite moment was when Arizona stoof up to the Chief and then cried after, I really want to know about her athority issues. I really hope Der doesnt get fired, hes the best doc at that hospital.

Missed the show when it was on tv last night. But caught it on abc.com this morning. And all I can say is WOW. It was awsome. Loved the way all the docs were in the OR. And am so glad that Derrick made it through the surgery. The chief was being and ass. He needs to stop cause just one word from Derrick to Jennings and his ass is gone. OMG the diapers cracked my ass up and the way AZ went running to the door to block the chief. She was so cute. AZ and Callie was awsome tonight. Loved the way they held hands and AZ had her hand on Callies leg. That was sweet. Loved the drawing on the wall and the way Derrick pulled out the bed and turned it around so Mer could see. LOL!!! I got all misty when I seen the post-it on the wall. That was such and great episode. And I didn't see Charles...YAYYYYYY!!!!!!!

First off, Yes, Richard fired Derek, but the preview for next week showed him back in the hospital in his scrubs working, so his standing up to Richard and telling him to sleep on it is going to change that I am sure.
I think this is one of the best episodes of Grey's EVER. Fan-freakin-tastic! Great stuff! I loved how everyone came together to support Derek over the chief, Arizona defending the door was great, and Bailey, Hunt, and everyone else pitching in to cover for Derek even when they knew it was forbidden by the chief. Shows where their loyalties lie for sure. I loved Lexie this episode. She finally grew a backbone and started fighting for what she wants. And Cristina was proud (and a little jealous) of hardcore Lexie. Great Mer/Der scenes.
I love that they are mixing it up this year and changing formats, etc. It makes for some very exciting tv!
The best part by far was the pan up to the framed post it note on the wall of Mer/Der's bedroom! SWEET! LOVED

It's interesting how all the SGH attending regulars all covered for Der's surgery. I think Der operating on a staff member that they valued as a collegue made a big difference. But Der's conflict with the chief is bugging me cos it's going to cause waves in MerDer's relationship.

Cris/Owen were ace. We finally got some scenes! The last scene was lovely and hot. Really looking forward to seeing more of this couple over the next few weeks - hopefully not too angsty!! Shonda - please don't wreck this "realistic" and "mature" couple!

So Der started the op, stopped cos the chief foundout. Mer helped Der to analyse what he was aiming to do in the operating theater.I don't think that Der's drawing of the spine is going to disappear anytime soon. Mer was in this episode a lot more than I thought she would be
I enjoyed the funny proud moment of CrisLex wearing their diapers. I think Alex was missing his best man Mer to help him.
But Iz was a big let down by her non appearance.
I was a bit concerned when I read that Der was going to be in every scene, that it would be Der overload. But it was a bit better than I thought. But I am so missing Mer at the hospital being a doc. But Ellen must have been just days away from giving birth when she filmed this, GA looked after really well letting her be in bed the whole time. Ha ha

That was an amazing episode!!! Richard better not fire derek though, i think that rite now derek does diserve to be the chief of surgery, he just did an amazing surgery and saved a guys life and movement plus derek is staying strong through the whole merge thing. richard needs 2 face it, his time has come and gone, and he keeps getting on my nerves (he's turning into not only merediths villian but also a lot of the veiwers). anways, loved the episode!!!! :)

We always tiVo the show, so haven't watched the latest episode yet. But I'm so encouraged by the comments of people 'cracking up' and 'peeing themselves with laughter'. I've been really disappointed lately, thinking that the comedy writing part of the GA team must have been fired. I have missed the humor and felt it is way to dramatic with not enough comic relief. Bailey is my favorite of all of them and they need to play to her comedic side more....PLEASE more COMEDY with all that blood and gore. It's alwasy been one of my very favorite shows!!!! But I was closing my eyes and wincing through most of last week's blood bath. No way Derek is going anywhere. He's too important to the show.

DEREK IS A ROCKSTAR.. AND A TRULY NEURO GOD!!
I loved the all MERDER scenes and all the MerDer LOVE... WOWWW!! I loved when he drew on the wall and explained everything to Mer 'watch and learn'. So adorable. I loved that they have the blue post-it note on the wall. And the end when he slept on her shoulder.. Soooo cute. Awwwwww. I have a big smile on my face still from the episode!! They are the most perfect couple ever:). More MerDer scenes I say!! Can't wait for when Mer to returning to the hospital as a doctor!!
I loved the patient Isacc's performance.. and the words he said to Derek. He is one of my favourite patients now!!
The chief is so annoying, asshole and a big time bully. Seriously what the hell is wrong with him?!? Telling Derek 'You're fired'. What a jackass. I think he will be the one fired first. And Derek is in the hospital next episode.. so h

It was a great episode! I've never really liked Derek, but now I am a big fan! I also started liking Reed, but she better not break up Alex and Izzie. Poor Alex though...I feel so bad for him.Lexie was really funny and badass, and I liked that.
The song is Moon and Moon by Bat for Lashes, by the way. Lovely tune.

Great episode, Derek rocks!!!
I have to say, I don't hate Reed so much anymore, she was surprisingly nice to Alex. He's so lonely now, he needs someone who comforts him.
I also liked the Lexie-Jackson interactions, they were funny. I'd like to see them together as a couple, it would be a perfect match, so much better, than Slexie...but I know they have a lots of fans, so it's just my opinion.

I love that Isaac character he was one of the most optimistic person on greys ever OMG! I loved how he spurned Derek into this 'I can do it' motto omg it was soooo good. What's with the chief now a days jeezus such a stark contrast with season 1 and 2. The surgery with the twins connected at the hip derek was against and richard was like go do it and with bailey.

This was an awesome episode. Patrick Dempsey was awesome. Amazing what he can do with storyline and airtime. The MerDer scenes were great, drawing on the wall, working it out together, falling asleep on her shoulder. The scene with Arizona standing up to the Chief was great also. The scenes with Isaac were great as well. Good writing, good directing, Chandra. The Chief needs to take a management class on Managing during a Merger. He is out of control. Awesome and great!!!

I did like this show. It was good to see that not only are the residents coming together, but all the attends coming together to help out Shepard. Plus, I love that I saw Owen and Christina showing signs that that everything is ok for now. I could see that the love for each other is still there. I still would love to see them do a dance scene together? I like to see Sandra dance and I am thinking that if she could Burke to bust a move, is can get Owen to shake a move.

Faran Tahir as Isaac was awesome! He went toe-to-toe with Shepard. This guy's good---he's previously played the badass Captain Robau in Star Trek and Raza in Iron Man.

Derek kicked some major ass tonight!
This episode will probaly go down this season as one of my favorite episodes! First off the Chief is irritating me lol; thought I would just state that and get that out of the way.
Derek and Meredith were so adorable! I loved how he explained it all night to her and how they finally got to open their victory champagne. The ending wass SOOOO adorable when he fell asleep on her. Did anyone else notice the framed post-it?! I was completly moved by that; I recall a big "Awww" escaping my mouth.
Cristina and Owen- One word. HOT. Wooh that last scene was very very nice. Honestly though Cristina and Owen are another one of my favorite couples.
Lexie and Mark- Their wasn't much interaction; but what was there was very cute. I also happen to really like this couple. I honestly think everyone on the show has a perfect match now. No relationships should change! Lexie was bad-ass standing up to the Mercy Wester! You tell him Lexie!

Enjoyed the episode being all about Derek! Glad focus was away from all the new people, except that Reed chick needs to back away from Alex, if she messes up my favorite couple I will be extremely mad!! We have waited too dang long for Izzie and Alex to be together and happy and then they are going to make another triangle. Does everyone have to cheat, real life there are people that don't and they have just as much drama in their lives! Try that for awhile,,,,,please don't mess with Izzie and Alex

OMG!!!! I slept right through the whole show but the last 15 minutes. Was so happy though that Derrick got through the surgery. And that Issiac made it and could move his toes. I will watch it on abc.com later.

Great episode!!
I loved merder scenes, especially when he drew on the wall (and we saw the post-it note!) and when he fell asleep on her shoulder at the end: so cute!
I was so surprised when he threw up in the OR! He was really freaking out! And I loved how Lexie and Mark were taking care of him ("drink!!!")
The chief is an asshole in season 6!

I loved the MerDer scene when he drew on her wall...beyond adorable. Also, this was the first episode that I liked Callie and Arizona as a couple, they were just like extra cute together tongiht.
Richard is being an ass though, don't think I've ever really liked his character but its getting a bit untolerable for me this season. Also, Derek and Mark are both way sexier with facial hair.

Oh my gosh, I died laughing at Lexie defending her diaper! I nearly peed myself! Her and Cristina walking down the hall together....BA HA HA!
I was BEYOND SHOCKED when Chief fired Derek, but even more shocked when he came right back at him and said "Go home. Sleep on it." That took guts. No way the Chief can fire Derek. he's the best freaking neuro doc in the whole freaking continent.
