    Loved this episode! It was great! Hahah Lexie cracked me up so many times lol! Haha and when she and Cristina walked through the hall in their diapers, hilarious! Loved the big amount of MerDer scenes as well. Loved that he fell asleep on her shoulder, cute! The chief's really buggin me. Can't he just stop acting so immature? Got quite the shock when he fired Derek, but then I think I saw him in his scrubs in the promo, so I guess it wasn't much of a firing anyway!

    Officially my favorite episode of the season so far. That was beyond awesome. I loved it. Truly, truly, great episode.
    
    I love Derek but I have to give most of the credit to the persistence of Isaac. If he hadn't been so positively showering Derek with his motivational belief that Derek could do this, I don't think Derek could've done this. Isaac is now on my list of favorite GA patients, LOL.
    
    Derek did go rogue, with hesitation but rogue. Gotta love it. Especially that he still needed in a way to talk it over with Mer. She is usually on his side when doing rogue surgeries (Archer, clinical trial), so it's good to see that in a way, he still needs her for that. Adored the VO. It said a lot of him.
    
    Lexie and Cristina were hilarious with their diaper issue. Funny. Also Arizona crying after she confronted the Chief. I liked it. Even Mark and Lexie were cute here.
    
    LOVED the MerDer scenes, especially the ending. LOL. She was ready to celebrate, he fell asleep. Love those two. A

    wow, pretty good episode :) Loved the Owen and Cristina scene when he told her to stand farther away. I was really surprised when Derek randomly threw up though. the cheif is starting to annoy me too... when he said to Derek, "your fired" it shocked me. BUT WHAT I LOVED ABOUT THIS EPISODE was when Derek fell asleep on Meredith

    Did the cheif really fire Derek?? it looked like he was in scrubs in the next episode though! i really liked this episode!! it had a good amount of merder and it mainly revolved around Derek but other characters were involved!! it was overall one of my favorites this season!

    this epi was pretty damn good! loved all the mcdreamy! and we got so many cute merder scenes! haha when he fell asleep on her shoulder, loved it! and finally they got to open the champagne!

    OMG...Did Richard really just fire Derek???? argh I'm starting to hate Richard so much. But all in all amazing show.
