everybody needs to rewatch the video, when mer asks if someone was pregnant you can clearly see that she asked in the tunnel underneath the hospital where the former 5 used to hang out, and when the next shot is of izzie it's the same.
(you may only be able to pick this up if you've watched every season a few times like my obsessed GA self!!!)

I hate to say it, but I didn't hardly notice Izzy being gone. There was so much good stuff going on. Besides before she left just about every episode was about her. So I hope when she gets back we don't have and episode about her. I'de like to see more episodes like these last 2 where each doc gets to be the focus. These have been so great. This whole season so far has been wonderful.

izzie allways changes his hair.. and it is not thaaatt long!!! and you dont know if had been pass two weeks or a month, i`m sure more time has happened..

My guess and it's purely speculation is that Izzie is not pregnant. In the next episode, she apparently comes back to the hospital with her former high school teacher who has dementia (according to press release). The teacher might say because of his confused mental state that Izzie is pregnant, remembering her as pregnant during high school. Meredith might then be confused. (i.e. season 3 with several episodes talking about Izzie's teen pregnancy/adopted daugther.)

I LOVE that Meredith is back, It feels a little bit more normal with her back. But I think there is something else that Izzie has to tell, dont thinks she is pregnant. Could even an emryo survive the cancer treatment? No, and I hope it isn't Izzie and Alex who split up this season, didnät shonda say that one of the couples was going to split up. I Love all the couples, don't want any of them to break up...

I agree with you if she is pregnant maybe she should terminate and get her marriage right. I think that it is crazy that alex and izzie are having this fight over what the chief said. He should have clarified his words to izzie about what alex said. Then they would even be fighting at all and she wouldn't have left in the beginning.

Best case scenario conception is possible, but due to the IL2 treatment carrying the pregnancy full term is out of the question for her unless she is willinh to endanger her own health and stop the treatment, which would be majorly stupid, cos neather she or Alex are reathy for that kind of responsibility, nor is their marriage strong enough to have a child be brought in a quite unshaky marrige as it is right now! The best thing for would be to terminate, get well, get her marriage on track, get her career back on track and then start planing getting pregnant!

Yay! Izzie is back! So glad, she's back. And in that argument I can understand her. She's disappointed that Alex went to the chief behind her back and she's already down because of George, her illness and now her old-job. She needs to let it out somehow...
About the pregnant thing, I think it's maybe just a cliffhanger to make us wonder for a week. but tvaddict's version made me really think about that being true. Sooo... hoping it's true somehow and that A-I will sort it out somehow or at least a litte bit in this episode. No Reed in there. That's a good signs.
I'm also looking forward to that "cardio goddess".
By the way, where was the old High School teacher. I thought he were somehow more important.
Anyway, looking forward to next week.

In order to conceive a healthy child, she should've waited for six months off the IL2. It's less than a month. Also, she is in IL2, which there isn't a complete understanding of IL2 and pregnancy. According to some clinical trials, conception is possible but not full term or healthy birth.

KH was gone for about 3 episodes... So three weeks in the show for Izzie? I would love it if she was pregnant, but I don't think she is. She has cancer. Wouldn't that affect the baby's development?
Though... maybe that explains why she didn't go for her IL2 treatment? Maybe it would have harmed the baby?

A month maybe ?! I don't think that long. Remember Meredith said that she had to be on bed rest for a whole month? Izzie left Alex at that time. So I guess a month!!
Yayyy so happy and excited for Mer back at the hospital!! I love the kiss in the OR with Derek.. so cute. I hope they will give us more MerDer now that Meredith is back and full time:). And I bet no one is pregnant. They did that to make us curious and confused!!
And it is the arrival of Teddy. Can't wait to see how this will play out with all of them.
