I'm betting on either Olivia-Dan-Vanessa or Nate-Serena-Tripp.
Chuck & Blair would not be in the threesome since its pretty obvious both of them still have it on together. And the producers have confirmed they will remain a couple still at least until half this season.
Chuck & Nate both team up to help Blair & Serena reconcile in this episode, so I also strongly doubt that Nate or Serena would be in the threesome since Nate kinda hates Serena at the moment. =/
Thus that leaves Jenny, Dan, Vanessa, Olivia. It'll definitely involve a Humphrey, since the episode title is so significantly and aptly put. So, whichever way it is - haha! I'm happy doesn't involve Chair and whatever it is, it'll be fun to watch, thats for sure. ;)

ok, i watched it again and now i am confused!
i see jenny sitting in a red dress on the floor with alcohol! i see her dancing with nate! and i hear nate say this was interesting! what is interesting? the 3 some?
and if they do because jenny is still a virgin, who will join vanessa?
then on the other hand:
i see dan and olivia kiss, and they cheers with vannessa, so is that the 3 some?

Yeah so neither Chuck nor Blair will be participating in the threesome. Stephanie Savage had made it clear that neither part of Chair is going to be in the menage-a-trois, but I'm with whoever said Dorota/Rufus/Lily! That would be *hilarious*!!

If you watch it on slow mo on DVR. You can see Dan, Olivia, and Vanessa taking a shot together. I bet they get wasted and then get it on. It has to be Dan/Olivia/Vanessa. Chuck and Nate try to help Blair and Serena repair their friendship this episode.

also a nate-jenny-serena threesome would cause nate to choose between serena and jenny and that would cuz a fight between them so jenny would side with blair with the serena-blair fight and serena would side with eric in the jenny-eric fight and hopefully out of this it would cause jenny to end up more like blair cuz she needs that or her queendon will be soooo boring and then maybe dan would join jenny side and it would cause a waldorf-humphrey aliance and potentially dair moments/hookups and then hopefully it would all repair itself with serena not caring about nate n e more and making up with blair a potential fight between chuck and blair and even better make up and hopefully chair would be so depressed he will turn to his old habits b4 they makeup and jenny would realize she needs eric as a friend and chane they way she rules perhaps more blair like and then nate would care more about serena because she stopped the fight and then serenate could be together and jennny will move on
