Really loved this episode! As most of the rest of you have said, Arizona was fantastic...she's so genuine, and you really are taken along for the ride when she gets emotional. Loved her interaction with Callie, but would have liked it better if there'd actually been a little more physical contact between the two...I mean don't you normally hug a crying person?!
As for Alex, fantastic, and yes he's perfectly suited for peds. It seems that he is able to look beyond his jerkiness and his scars when he's with kids, and you see a kind side of him most people don't get to see.
And Christina rocks! Love her, love her, love her! Glad to see she's back, but really wish Owen would let her spread her wings a bit!

Caseyscooby I like your idea of Hunt bringing his old army friend to SGH so that Christina can learn! I so hope that is they way they portray it. I let out a little scream last night when Christina pushed Jackson away! yah!!!

Loved the episode and, as usual, loved Alex. I have to stick up for Izzie because she's gone through a lot and then she lost her job so, yes, she has reasons to be upset. And the reason she left Alex was because when the Chief fired her, he told her it was Alex who said that she shouldn't be working. We know that Alex actually said the opposite but she obviously doesn't so it's totally understandable that she would feel betrayed. Can't wait till they clear that up...I guess the Chief is going to have himself some more enemies when that comes out.

I loved the show last night. It was awesome. I think it is only a matter of time that Owen will began to understand Christina. With the look on his face, he got a look at her, which probably drives him to bring his old friend (Kim Raver) to Seattle Grace to teach Christina. I know that they will be having more problems, but it will eventually pay out in the end, I believe.

I loved it. Arizona rocked and I love the 'I love you' at the end of the episode.
I fell in love with Alex more last night he was so cute with the baby. And so HOTT shirtless. I actually like Reed. She cares about him. I don't like Izzie at all. In the promo for next week she is a complete bitch. Alex deserves more than a drama queen like her!!
Mark and Lexie were adorable. Lex looked beautiful last night, more like a woman than a teenager.
Cristina rocked in the O.R, but I didn't like Owen that much. I loved Jackson. He is totally into her. I can't wait to see what is going to happen now between all of them, especially now that Teddy's ex or whatever is coming too.. Hmmm more drama!!
Finally my favourite couple... MEREDITH AND DEREK:D. They were completly adorable and so sweet!! Loved all the kisses and yayy Mer is healed so they can have sex. I hope we have Hot MerDer scenes now. Can't wait for next week. Meredith's returning to the hospital!! Some MerDer lovin' in the O.

I loved last night's episode; I thought Arizona rocked when she told off the chief and the board member; Owen should really have more faith in Christina's ability in the OR and as a surgeon; She would not have done the procedure if she did not think that she could do it; it anything else Christina is a professional. I am so glad that Izzie is going to be back for the next episode because that other doctor is trying to piss all over her territory and it is all her fault. Next week Alex should get some answers as to why she left him with just a note. I loved the 1 minute scene between Derek and Meredith.

The ending was soo sweet..Right when you think the episode is over without Callie saying 'I love you' back, she does. Beautiful, beautiful.. I loved Arizona in this episode, she's great. I also loved Mark's face at the surprise party, when Arizona starts crying! lol! It's like "I knew it". And when Cristina calls owen and arizona 'bitches'! lol!
I do, however, hate that miniature, big-headed doctor who's hitting on Alex. I don't even remember her name. I think the writers are preparing the field for Izzie's exit (definitive exit) from the show. They're making the fans hate her. Not fair. Does anyone know when she'll be back??
Why is Bailey barely there??? What's that about? Is she the new fifth-season-George?? Will she also get hit by a bus in the season finale?? COME ON, people! we want more bailey!

I totally agree with you! Izzie is the drama queen and a horrible wife. Of course, she's been through a lot, which doesn't mean that vanishing and leaving her husband a crappy note is ok. I really loved Alex in tis episode and hope he would find someone else, someone who really cared about him this season! Of course, Arizona rocked last episode. Just loved her speech to the chief. Best ever!!!

I seem to be in the minority here, while there were some very good parts and stories, I'm getting worn down on all the negative the story lines. Yes, I know "that's life" but I watch TV to get somewhat of a break. I would appreciate a little more good news from the writers. As far as Izzy. She thinks she's too good for the programs... I was disappointed that they brought her back. There is a huge surplus of beautiful blonds in L.A. The character Alex deserves to have something good happen to him. I don't want to upset someone here. I'm just making a wish.

I LOVED this episode! Jessica Capshaw did a GREAT job. I love Arizona and Callie, and Arizona did shine today, A LOT . This was the best episode ever!

wow I must say that this season has been amazing!! Last night's episode was so emotional for me, and I loved seeing Alex with the baby. Greys makes you appreciate life I think the writers have done a phenomenal job this season.

Alex has been very very sweet with little child.I loved Arizona when she spokes to the chief in that tone of voice,she 's very great.Richard is not suitable to the chief-job ,he showed and tooks advatage with the donation Wallace's parents.Arizona is very sweet and tenderly in this episode.

Amazing episode. I don't like seeing kids in hospitals at all, but this episode was totally awesome. The cute Merder and Lexie-Mark parts were amazing :) And I LOVED the Callie-Arizona I love you part! OMG They're so cute :) Yay, next episode Meredith is coming back right? Can't wait, I've missed her. Oh, I also missed Izzie and Bailey tho.

OMG I can't believe it. That was amazing! Arizona totally rocks in Grey's Anatomy. She belongs, and she totally proved that. I really saw a sensitive side to Alex. He really is a sweet and caring guy, and I just fell in love with him when he just held that baby. Alex is too good for Izzie and I think she takes advantage of him. I hope when Izzie comes back, Alex drops her like a hot potatoe!! And, finally I think Christina did something right and smart(for once)! She pushed stupid Jackson away when he tried to kiss her!! she belongs with Owen, hands down.

Excellent episode. Jessica rocked it, I mean I loved Arizona from the moment she came but last night, omg. Jessica showed why she is and belongs as a regular, damn. I love that she finally stood up to the cheif and also made him see its not all about $. I LOVED the "i love yous" from Callie and Arizona. Love them.
And yes Alex totally belongs in peds, agreed.

Addision taught him well!! He is very good with kids always has been. Because his childhood was so hard he understands what kids need/want. I have always liked Alex in peds.

I LOVED this episode!!! Jessica Capshaw was phenominal. I only had some minor issues with it. I wish Callie would have gone after Arizona sooner & she should of hugged her. Then when Arizona told Callie she loved her I wish Callie would have just said "I love you" instead of adding "too" to it; it would have made it more sincere to me. Overall I was pleased. I adore Arizona!!

It was so good to see Cristina as her old hardcore herself in the OR! Too bad Owen doesn't understand her...but apparently Jackson does. I like Owenstina, but now I say she would be good with Jackson too. He was so impressed by her passion. At least they should became friends, Cristina needs someone who understands her.
Great acting from Jessica Capshaw! Arizona is a loveable character, I hope we'll learn more about her backround.
And I agree with Bailey: Alex belongs to peds!
