So, I'm a A/I fan since the first season.
I didn't see the new season cause I'm in France [and I'm sorry for the mistakes, I don't speak english usually], but I know Izzie left Alex. I agree with people when they say they want to see Izzie fight to take Alex back. I think it's great, interesting and sweet.
But at last I just wanna see them together and be happy !

its about time Izzie came back but this time i am hoping that Izzie and Alex stay together cause they belong together and they make a great couple. And i think that izzie baby is alexs to that would be cool to see them have a baby that would make a good story line for them and i hope Izzie is done with her crap and stays with Alex cause we can't see Alex keep falling apart anymore he needs to be happy and be with his wife so please make Izzie come back to Seattle grace and have her and Alex make up and be the couple that is loving and carry and Make Alex happy now. I hope Izzie gets her act stright now Izzie and Alex are the best couple ever

I love Izzie and Alex as a couple. Since they broke up in season two I wanted to see them back together.
And I am really pissed at the way they made Izzie leave, just because her actress wanted to make a movie or whatever.
They could have made another solution. Maybe that Izzie goes to a support group.
But I really don't think that they'll destroy Izzie und Alex's Realtionship. That would be too stupid and irreal. I mean... After all they've gone through together? Never.
Probably they're just looking for an "interesting" story. But I tell you: In the end everything will be fine.

Izzie and Alex don't belong together. Their chemistry is terrible... Not like Izzie/Denny chemistry or even Izzie/George chemistry...
The writers try so hard to make them look like a hot couple but they fail... Alex/Izzie used to be 2nd most loving couple and now they are behind Callie/Arizona or Mark/Lexie, maybe behind Christina/Owen too... I don't want to see them together.
A nice divorce would be the best idea... End it now...

All I want and should say is that I want Alex and Izzie to be together because they love each other. Yes, she left in a messed up way, but with good reasons. All I want is for them to end up happy together more inlove than ever. Alex shouldn't forgive her right away but they have to get together. They love each other. Can't wait till next weeks episode. Also, I don't think Izzie will be pregnant. But, have to see next weeks episode.

I guest you guys are right about her leaving without telling alex and yes sofilove i agree with you she should have let alex know she was leaving. so i guess well just have to wait for next week's episode to find out what's going on with alex and izzie. and i can't wait to see it. looks like it's going to be a good one.

I don't think that's why she leaves again I don't know what that's about. You are definetly right about how Izzie left u don't just leave ur husband a note and take off and ignore his calls ur married and honestly after what's happened she needed to leave but the way it happened pissed me off (I'm a hugeeeee A/I fan but I don't want Alex to take her back so easily I want her to fight for their marriage if she's in it for the long haul but I already know Alex is in it for the long haul after these episodes)

Izzie is one of my favorite characters and the only reason that anyone would sympathize with her is because she was confused and had a misunderstanding but I can't sympathize with her too much right now because there was a better way to handle this and she should have done that not just leave a letter and take off without telling ur husband when ur coming back.
I just want to see what happens next and see how everything with A/I goes down (god I missed her!

You might be right. Maybe Izzie's secret come out because of him. I like that theory. Is this why she lives again?

It's almost impossible to feel out for Izzie when she is the one making the stupid decisions. Was it so hard for her to confront Alex right after she was fired? She doesn't get to leave just like that anymore, she's not on her own. She's married and has a husband. You don't do that to your spouse. If she needed to leave, she should have let Alex know personally. He deserves at leat that.

I am sick and tired of everyone talking about how alex was treated wrong and blah blah blah. But what about izzie. How would you feel if you had cancer, lost your best friend, job, and feel like your husband betrayed you at your job. Probably feel like you need to get away and reevaluate your life. I think leaving a note for alex was mess up but if you were pissed by the words the chief told you how would you feel. We are only hearing alex's side of the story. How about izzie's side of the story. She is the one who is going through all of those things not alex. So i think you guys need to hear out izzie side of the story before you judge her.

Rosalie and Cathy i think u both are forgetting that izzie and alex were together first and if alex didn't cheat she wouldn't have been with denny. She choose denny because he didn't treat her like another pretty face and actually listen to her. But after denny, izzie and george just slept together. They tried to make a relationship work but they turned out to just be best friends. With alex everything between them just seemed right. You don't just marry someone because you think they are going to die but because you love them. Alex and Izzie got married because they loved each other truly not just because of cancer.

Yeah anuflas she can't get pregnant and previews can be deceiving. I love Alex and Izzie together and what Izzie did to him was wrong and I don't want Alex to take Izzie back so easily I want them to work out their problems or Izzie fight to take Alex back. After KH aires regularly again I can't wait what happens with A/I and their journey.

As far as I'm concerned only Mer, Cristina, and Lexie have real possibilities of being pregnant. I think in the preview she's asking Izzie but at this point, who knows? Previews are so deceiving.

@Rosalie, I think you're mostly right. I think Izzie was 100% in the relationship the first time around. After Alex cheated on her with Olivia, I think that's when she sort of stopped having total commitment in it...
I really love them together, but Izzie definitely has to make it up to him.

Physically speaking, Izzie can't be pregnant. She missed a dose of IL2 but since she already had several IL2 treatments, she isn't fertile or strong enough to carry a baby.
Technically, she's infertile due to the treatments which is why they took her eggs out. She'd had to have IVF to have a baby and if she can't even afford to pay her cancer bills, much less the IVF. Plus, she'd had to stop IL2 and it meant that Izzie would die sometime soon, shortly after birth. Not a pretty picture.

They are not even in a stable marriage, I don't think they are going to add a baby in the mix. Besides to even be pregnant you would want to have sex, which I don't think they show us they had.
I have a feeling that the Reed girl is going to be in the middle too.
