I think a few explantions were left out, like why Alex wasn't at the Christmas meal. It was obvious he wasn't in the festive spirit, but an explanation would have been helpful. The Bailey interaction at the meal table took over the scene unnecessarily. Surely there were other tensions that could have highlighted.
Mer seems to adjusted to holidays that Der enjoys, that's nice to see. But a secret santa scene for all the presents under the tree would have been nice.

Um... reading comprehension might help in your situation. Try to be objective and re-read what I actually wrote that was addressed to you and what I wrote that was addressed to others in general.
Also Greyhound had some good points,try rereading his post as well.
And I will refrain from going any further out of respect to his succinctly written post that sums up everything I was trying to say.

Not at all, I thought the same too. Specially after the kissing part with Christina later on. It was also a kiss trying to convince himself.

GEN: I am not rude and I am not telling anyone what to write. I´m just expressing my opinion and that is IT´S VERY STUPID TO ASK TO BRING BACK A CHARACTER WHO LEFT FOR A REASON 3 SEASONS AGO. The writers have already said that he´s NOT coming back and that his story has been told. Are you also expecting George to come back after dying? Or any other impossible storylines? You are complaining about something that is in the past. Of course you can complain and it´s your right, but if ALL you post(I´m not talking about you in particular) is that you hate the show and you want a character who is CLEARLY not returning,then why are you still watching?
Burke will not come back!
Why the hell do some people watch the show for if all they do is complain? Again, it´s your right but it´s pathetic

There are a few things I've noticed about these boards that I believe we all would be better off without.
1. The constant complaining about how the show is not moving in the direction that you want it to.
Solution: Stop watching.
2. The constant arguing amongst commenters about what is appropriate to talk about and what is not.
Solution: Don't read the comments.
3. The constant ad hominem attacks thrown back and forth between the commenters.
Solution: Grow up and stop acting like children.
I have never seen so much petty arguing and whining going on around these boards. Give each other a little respect! It is just a TV show, people. We don't all agree on everything, but I think we can all agree that arguing about this kind of stuff is POINTLESS and RUDE.
Just think about it for a minute, please.

Um this is a thread about the show and Cristina is on the show and Burke was with Cristina.
We could go on and on about all the whining and annoying slogans, complaints, threats about leaving the show (PLEASE DO US ALL THE FAVOR ALREADY) and slandering the show creator's character that go on and on and on and on, on this board that are way beyond the pale! Writing Bring Back Burke is nothing compared to all of that. It is a desire and a request, not extremely disrespectful slandering of real people with real feelings. Get some perspective on your behavior.

Gen: this is a message board for people to express feelings about GA, but THIS is a thread about the episode "Holidaze", and Burke is definitely not in it. Writing "Bring Back Burke" over and over again is just so annoying for other people, because it is 10000% sure nobody will ever bring back Burke on the show. So why don't you deal with that.
RA: why are you so sure IW wants to get back on the show? As far as I heard he threatened lawsuit for unauthorized use of his picture on the show (when Burke won the award). He's moved on, and GA moved on.
Everybody has the right to express their feeling, but this forum is organised in threads, so that people can talk about what their want and share their thoughts with people who think similar. Why can't you just get a thread about Burke and talk about him there? There is nothing more annoying on this forum than constant slogans like "Bring Back Burke" or "Bring Back George" (yeah, and how that's gonna happen?)

can't you understand that this is a message board for people to express their thoughts about greys anatomy. Burke was a part of greys and the first character who influenced Cristina personally and professionally. So you let it go and stop telling people what to write.
Again for all the Isiah/ Burke haters: people miss and love Burke.
So let go of the burke bashing and deal with it.
If we can listen to you whine about every little thing about this show and your incessant unsatisfaction
all the while claiming to love the show, you can listen to other people express their love for Burke.
Deal with it like we deal with your whining all the time.
Bring Back Burke!
or here's a thought : write your own show with the characters you want and get off shonda's back.

As far as i'm concerned Izzie can never come back. I watched entire episode and didn't think for a second something was missing. And I start to really like Alex, even though I didn't during last season. He's back to his old self - dark, sharp and cynical, while last year he was all whiny and pathetic. Izzie's making him look like a fool all the time. I want another storyline for him, I want him to finally be with someone who's not self-centered and who can appreciate him.

It was a good episode. Forgiveness. Love. Fight. Family reunion. But I agree, too short. Too much for only one hour-show.
Meredith: Can’t stop saying it’s so good to have her back!
And I’m glad she and Richard are becoming friends. She needs a father’s figure but has to be someone she admires professionally. Richard was a great surgeon. And still can be. But no doubt he’s a great teacher and mentor. And he knows Ellis better than anyone. To say Ellis would be proud or Meredith has the same talent her mother had means a lot to Mer. “A lot like your mother” make she smiles with her lovely eyes! And no one else could tell her this. And Richard needs another favorite. Bailey is an attending now. And love Mer saying: “you should make up with Derek. It’s Christmas, it’s time.” And he does! He’s starting to listen her like he’s with Bailey. In the podcast they said about Meredith parenting an adult again. I really hope for a McBaby so she can be a real mother.
