Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice Promos For January 14

by at . Comments

When Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice return from their winter breaks January 14, Shonda Rhimes' shows will do so together in another two-part crossover extravaganza.

The focal point will be Mark's pregnant daughter, Sloane (we're still not over the name), and it looks like her condition has an impact on Mark and Lexie's relationship, too.

Here's a promo for "Blink" and "Another Second Chance" ...

Nooooo!!! Lexie has been so good to Mark!! I so don't want him to break her heart. And alex, cheating???? Where did that come from??? Does anyone know if Izzie is coming back yet? I miss her :(

I agree with megan. I think Addison is having a dream.

I hope not...I like her charachter, but there are 12 regulars!!! They are too many XD

I don't think Mark will be a permanent character transfer from GA to PP. Although I have just read Teddy is going to be a season regular. Does that mean she'll be in the next season too?

Yaaaay, OMG, I'd be so excited to see Mark and Addison together again! But of course, it's not going to happen...*sigh*

YAY! Finally some Mark and Addison! I love them! They are so HOT. I know they aren't going to actually get together... I can't really see that happening. I'm just SO stoked! :D

mark and lexie are just bleechhhhh
i want some passion! and if mark cant be with CALLIE atleast addison is better than the 13 year old! hahhahaha is it JANUARY 14th YET!?

i want mark & lexie together.... get your own single man addison.. about time eh!!

McSteamy and addison? i dont think so. both of them are on a different show. and i reaaly dont want Mark to move to PP.

If Mark doesn't cheat Shonda will have achieved a major misdirection for us fans. I have read and heard remarks from Shonda herself and GA actors that Shonda doesn't like the characters being happy because there would be no storylines if that were so. SloLex had a few issues when their realtionship involved sneaking around, but that was how MerDer got started too. I really think Lex is going to feel left out by Sloan being righly preoccupied with his daughter. Ad is in a bad place emmotionally so won't resist any comfort that Mark offers. I don't think either of them will have planned for a tryst taking place when they see each other. The revisiting history of SloAd should cause a lot of guilt again for Mark, and cause some interesting consequences for future plotlines

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

Lexie: [narrating] Grief may be a thing we all have in common, but it looks different on everyone.
Mark: It isn't just death we have to grieve. It's life. It's loss. It's change.
Alex: And when we wonder why it has to suck so much sometimes, has to hurt so bad. The thing we gotta try to remember is that it can turn on a dime.
Izzie: That's how you stay alive. When it hurts so much you can't breathe, that's how you survive.
Derek: By remembering that one day, somehow, impossibly, you won't feel this way. It won't hurt this much.
Bailey: Grief comes in its own time for everyone, in its own way.
Owen: So the best we can do, the best anyone can do, is try for honesty.
Meredith: The really crappy thing, the very worst part of grief is that you can't control it.
Arizona: The best we can do is try to let ourselves feel it when it comes.
Callie: And let it go when we can.
Meredith: The very worst part is that the minute you think you're past it, it starts all over again.
Cristina: And always, every time, it takes your breath away.
Meredith: There are five stages of grief. They look different on all of us, but there are always five.
Alex: Denial.
Derek: Anger.
Bailey: Bargaining.
Lexie: Depression.
Richard: Acceptance.
