I don't think it's Reed.. we all know that she is so into him and that will not be so shocking if he sleep with her. My guess is on Teddy. And I don't think it will be Addison either.. herself between another marriage??! I don't think so. And NO Meredith either. That is impossible.

My initial guess is of course Dr. Reed since she hasn't stop hovering over him since she started.
However, I read somewhere else today that alex hooks up with rebbeca again. Its possible that she gets discharged from her physciatric facility and has nowhere to go so she returns to him and since he's drunk, he doesnt have good judgment and sleeps with her again. Oh no, i hope not! I really don't like rebecca and her quirks.

if its a "surprise", my guess is on Addison, but that would be a pretty bitchy thing for her to do, she would come between yet ANOTHER marraige so i doubt it...if not Dr. Reed.

Justin Chambers said "I was totally thrown off by it." The mystery woman surprised him. Dr. Reed would not be a surprising choice since she has a crush on him. That's pretty obvious. If he was thrown off by it, it means it would be someone unexpected.

My guesses are Teddy, Lexie or Addison. Teddy, well, if she's still in Seattle Grace, it's a possibility. After hearing from Owen, himself, that he's in love with Christina. She would seek solace too. That would be surprising - an interesting twist. Lexie is another possibility. Consider this. Addison's arrival and some misunderstandings between Mark and Lexie. The spoilers for the crossover says that there will be some sparks flying again between Mark and Addie. Lexie goes to the bar. one night stand. Addison's life fell apart during her parents' visit. She just knew her life is a big lie. Going to Seattle carrying all that might send her to Joe's bar. one night stand. Personally, I'd like to see Mark and Addie together again. I miss them. Hmmmm. So many guesses. I am confused. What do you guys think?

Well, we all know that Reed has a crush on Alex, so probable she's the one, but I can imagine Teddy too...that would be more unexpected.
I'm glad that Justin doesn't want to leave the show, we already lost enough of our favourites!
