Drumroll, please.

The CW has announced its OMG Moment of the Year and it's... the scene from last season's One Tree Hill episode in which Dan's replacement heart is eaten by a dog. Check it out below:

Clearly, this is a difficult selection with which to argue. A dog eats the guy's new heart right in front of him!

But The CW has offered viewers a few contenders in 2009. Foremost among them...

• Last month's Gossip Girl threesome. Guess that would be the OMFG Moment of the Year.
• When Naomi accused Annie of sleeping with Liam to conclude season one of 90210. Think of the chain of events this led to.
• The shot of Ella in black lingerie on the last new episode of Melrose Place. This totally should have won.
