Two Episodes of Private Practice to Air Tonight
Grey's Anatomy may be on hiatus until January, but fans of its spinoff can at least take solace in the fact that tonight, ABC is giving us a double shot of Private Practice!
Two episodes, "The Parent Trap" and "Blowups," will air back-to-back on ABC at 9 and 10 p.m. The titles are telling. In the former, Sam and Naomi must cope with their teenage daughter growing up too fast, while Addison has to contend with the Captain.
The latter? Well, you can take it literally. Dell's house explodes, and the reason why will shock you - as well as cause Dell to lose faith in a lot of things going forward.
Should make for some interesting episodes ...

PP was breathtakingly fantastic the other day in the double episode. Kate Walsh and Amy Brenneman's acting, Steven Collins as the Captain--all were phenomenal. I've really come to like Kadee Strickland and her character this season, too. (Shockingly!) I think I like PP as much as if not even more than Grey's this season!

She comes to LA with her tail between her legs after cheating on her husband. She takes over her "friend's" practice and then has the gall to blame said friend for leaving HER alone there when said friend moves on with her life not to mention tries to maintain her dignity. Now she's trying to sleep with said friend's ex husband all the while failing to mention this major act of betrayl to said friend and has the unmitigated self righteous gall to be whiny and judgmental about her parents deceptive behavior.
Um pot kettle?
With friends like her who needs enemies.

Hey, can anyone tell me how PP did ratings wise with the double episode.
There was no GA to help boost the lead in ratings, so did it make a difference?

Man, I am so right about that Meth lab explosion. I love it that Dell's wife died. Great episode, the Captain sleeping with Violet. All those years, Addison hated her dad because he was a cheater when really...it's her mom who started it by being a lesbian. Funny.

Hmmm Loyal you should have been watching the previews of what was coming on thursday night on abc and what they was saying on here and you would have known. I have known that we won't have any new eppy's till mid january since last week. You got to pay attention. LOL!!! Looks like we will have a great eppy when Grey's returns in january the crossover's are always wonderful. Anytime Addie comes to SGH is happy times for me. Addie belongs to SGH and not OSW. I just hope they can pull off and exciting story using Markes daughter and her being pregant.

I wish I had some warning that Grey's wasn't going to be on. My girlfriend and I finished a half bottle of wine and yogart pretzels only to realize our favorite show wasn't coming on.

Crossover looks amazing.
But have to say that PP was beyond awesome. KW really brought it. It explains a lot of why she is like she is. Still trying to put how that made her cheat Derek.
Will watch the episode again, too much amazing!!
