I spent the holidays rewatching Seasons 1-4 so actually I'm not really surprised that it turned out to be Lexie now... Alex and her kinda had some unresolved issues in Season 4 that was bound to come up again somewhere.

I would be very shocked and surprised if Alex slept with Bailey or Meredith. Reed's much hinted crush on Alex would make it too obvious, and all MW docs are now superfluous to GA so to give her such a big storyline that isn't warrented.
I can't see why Callie would be vunerable to Alex's charm. Teddy very drunk is a slight possibility would be a surprise. If Lex strays I am trying to think of a character that she could go with other than Alex. There's Avery or potatohead nosedive. Or Alex, who I think is the most likely. Perhaps Alex does encounter Ad before she goes back to LA. Ad isn't happy with Mark's blabbing to his spawn about the relationship that Ad and Mark had. So maybe?

And also Teddy is the one who doesn't know Alex and his background, she doesn't know that he is married and she doesn't know Izzie either! And she is supposed to be drunk in an episode!
And there are also pictures of Meredith, Alex and Lexie in Mer's house looking rather sad or confessing something..
I bet one of those two!

pretty sure it's Teddy or Lexie or perhaps and intern (like Graziella). Reed would be too an obvious choice. And btw Reed seems to respect Alex and Izzie's engagement. Remember when Izzie was gone and supposed to be getting an injection of that treatment (HIL 2 or something, sorry English's not my mother tongue), Reed told Alex to go and see her...

In a recent interview Justin Chambers said he was even suprised at who the choice was for the one night stand. So it wouldn;t be suprising if it was Reed. My money is on Teddy. Lexie already slept with Alex so I don't know if they would do a repeat of that. Like I said my guess is Teddy but I could be completely wrong. We'll have to wait until next week to see =))

its reed people! her first name IS reed, reed adamson, and its obviously obvious by the way its been building up.
BUT, it could be lexie, because i saw pictures of her, alex and meredith all together in a house and they all looked pretty sad. lol
but im positive its reed, i think justin chambers just said it was surprising because he thinksthe fans wouldn't believe he would still cheat on izzie.

It's definitely not Reed. It's too obvious. If it was and Izzie finds out, she will kick her ass! I'm hoping Teddy because she doesn't really know Alex and doesn't know he's married.

It's not Callie there is a spoiler out there that says it's not. There is also a spoiler that says Lexie cheats on Mark and Mark cheats on Lexie so I'm pretty sure it's Alex & Lexie.

Hmmmm I"m not wanting it to happen. But I bet Callie gets drunk and she and Mc Steamy do the Mc Nasty. That would piss me off. But I could deal with it. Cause I know she would just be doing it to clear her head. And after that I think she will realize how much she really loves AZ. If Izzy can't keep her ass on the show. I say give Reed to Alex. He needs someone that actually loves him. I feel sorry for him. Cause he always looks so broken. He has been through alot. He deserves some happiness.

First of all....Yeah for Callie and Arizona make out time:o) I can`t wait.
I`m gonna try to ignore what they wrote about Callie going through yet another battle. Just make the ending happy and I´ll manage:)
First I was sure Alex was gonna sleep with Lexie, but as someone else mentioned I don`t thing she will be going down that road again.
The obvious choice is Reed, but maybe thats to obvious. I`m thinking Teddy.
As long as it`s not Callie I don`t care that much. but speculating is always fun:)

at first i thought that it would be Reed. She is the obvious guess, there has been hints for a while. But then again, what it is Teddy? MAJOR TWIST. Or Callie, Lexie, Meredith (i doubt it. Mer is most deff. a no)... those would be the "e" girls.
My money is on either Reed or Teddy. I would love for Teddy to get some lovin' but Teddy doesnt need all that Karev drama...

I was sure of Lexie because of Mark but there's another spoiler that says that Teddy will get drunk and spill some things about Cristina to Hunt.
So...either Lexie or Teddy.
