If you take what was said literally the girl's name has AN "e" in it ... Reed and Lexie both have two e's ... So I'm leaning more towards Teddy.

This didn't make it easy, it is the same. Everyone we guess has an e in their name. Even Izzie. Meredith, Lexie, Reed, Teddy, ect.

Can't be Teddy either her last name is Altman...no "E". Has to be Lexie Grey!! Not looking forward to this at all, is there any possibility that he could sleep with Izzie....praying. She and lexie are the only one with E if it can't be Meredith or Callie as the spoiler stated.

They say that his one night stand is supposed to be shocking. They've been building up the whole 'Reed has a crush on Alex thing' so I don't think it's her.
My bet is Lexie or Teddy.

It's very obvious that it is Dr. Reed Adamson the Mercy Wester. There is always a bit of sexual tension between the two of them, and I think that's what will happen.

Nono...there aren't any spoilers about lexie...there is only a spoiler in which Ausiello says that Mark will not be the one who will have a little two timing in the crossover episode, but he didn't mention Lexie...

i would guess lexie.. unexpected-YES and there's a rumor that mark will not be the only one cheating because lexie will also do her own little thing while mark is in L.A doing his mcnasty with addy
teddy on the other hand has a high percent if we talk really UNEXPECTED bcoz karev and her did not interact as far as my watching is concern. but agen teddy is so IN TO OWEN. and i dont think its her type.
reed will be too obvious. probable but will not be exciting for me coz we all know she has a THING for alex and it will be expected
