I got to say that this news reminds me of the reason why stopped watching ER, the ever growing cast that is too large to make interesting storyline for. The reason I started watching GA was because it was different from ER, but now I starting to think that they weren't all that different. I can't help but think that this show is going to become boring and tedious just like ER became after Mark Greene died. They need to get rid of few people like the Mercy Westens especially Reed and nosedive if they aren't going to do anything with them, don't show them, we don't care. But whatever let see what happens, for me to decide if I'll stop watching the ever growing crapola that GA is becoming with each passing episode

I think Alex and Teddy are going to be the ones that hook-up....that is a little hot! i think it is a better fit than him and lexie.
I used to be a huge mark and lexie fan, but she is starting to bug me. It is her age...compared to mark. They want us to see it and her immiturity. She is starting to get annoying, though. I still want them to work...hopefully!

Another regular full time??? Seriously??! There are so many characters already! They should just freaking stop already! Like debs said... Meredith, Derek, Alex and the original cast members and the character (Meredith) that the show is named after are barely getting any screen time. Come on...

Oh come on, another full time cast member??? enough already!!!! Every few months there's a new female cast member.
The original remaining cast members like meredith, derek, alex etc... barely get any screentime because there's so many new members they have to find time for. By the Holidaze episode, alex was on for maybe 3 minutes in total. Come on, the original cast are the ones we're interested in, not all these newtimers!!!

I'm so excited, that shes going to stay!
I think, that Kim Raver is very good actress, but her character Dr. Altman is quite mystery still.
I can't wait to learn more of her character. :)

I don't like Teddy at all! I still enjoy Grey's but I'm having a hard time enjoying it as much with all the new characters.

hmm why does she get to become a regular after like 2 episodes?? Capshaw wasn't named a regular until almost an entire season
her character seems to fit so much better with owen than cristina does, but other than that, I don't see much chemistry with her and the rest of the already-too-big rest of the cast

Noo Jessica isn`t leaving the show....Read again;o) It says she`s taking over Jessicas place as the newest cast member:o)
I`m not that excited because we just don`t know the Teddy character well enough, for me to care that much.
But I do like the fact that theres a new cardio surgeon on the show

Oh no for Owenstina! Damn, there's going to be drama. I guess she will "take over" for Jessica Capshaw as the newest series regular because Capshaw was the last promoted as permanent and now it's Kim Raver.
Can't wait for new episodes :)

Way more chemistry between Owen and Teddy than Cristina and Owen. I don't think it works
