This picture looks like it was taken when filming the first episode. Bailey is wearing dark blue scrubs and Callie is wearing light blue scrubs with the same hair style that she had on the first episode.

It is way too photoshopped and you can't get a good look at their faces. These are just the individual photos all put together. The lighting is different on all the characters. I really liked previous years better. The only good thing about this is that they finally removed George.

horrible photoshopping. The actors aren't even proportional to each other. They make Callie look almost the same size as Baily.

it looks way too photoshopped...and the blonde doesn't even look like Katherine Heigl...it looks really formal and staged and annoying...that's too bad
