All networks have an identity.

CBS owns the procedural; ABC specializes in the sex-themed dramedy (as evidenced by its upcoming Grey's Anatomy rip-off The Deep End); Fox has cornered the market on the mysterious; and NBC might as well not exist.

Fox's Thursday night programming best exemplifies this theme, as Fringe and Bones make for the perfect back-to-back combination. But what happens when you take the paranormal of the latter and mix it with the invetigative nature of the former?

Past Life.

This new Fox drama premieres with a two-hour episode on February 11 and focuses on the team of Dr. Kate McGinn (Kelli Giddish), a psychologist that believes in reincarnation; and Price Whatley (Nicholas Bishop), a former detective that's grieving over the death of his wife.
