Private Practice Round Table: "Another Second Chance"

at .

Last night's Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice event featured a case that brought two Sloans to L.A., as we detailed in our lengthy recap of "Another Second Chance."

We've already broken down the first hour of last night's crossover in our Grey's Anatomy Round Table. Now it's time to do the same with the Private Practice portion.

Here's the TV Fanatic panel's Private Practice Round Table discussion ...

1. What was your favorite Private Practice quote from the episode?

The Barnacle: Sam: "Sloan is a Dachshund. Dachshunds like to eat poop."

iheartizzie: Naomi: "Hi. Did you sleep with Mark Sloan on the floor of your office?" Direct, to the point. Much like when Addison slept with Mark on the floor of her office.

L.J. Gibbs: I wouldn't say they were my favorites, because they were so harsh, but Charlotte and Cooper trading barbs was definitely the most intense scene of the night.

M.L. House: When Addison tried to hold off Mark's advances by telling him: "I said put something on top of it. Don't put something on me!" We all know how this ended, of course: nakedly!

2. Should Mark have moved to L.A. to be with Addison?

M.L. House: No. He'd be one of millions of pretty faces there. He's at his McSteamiest in Seattle.

iheartizzie: I'm probably going to be shredded in the comments for this, but yes! How great a couple are he and Addison? He made a great point about L.A. and plastic surgery, too. The practice could thrive on business from Heidi Montag alone.

L.J. Gibbs: Good crossover last night, but it would have been too hokey for him to follow Addie to California. They're even stretching it with the frequent crossovers.

The Barnacle: It was great to see him back with Addison, but only as a spur-of-the-moment fling. Mark's maternal instinct was going haywire and he was in prime nesting mode. That was bound to end sooner rather than later, though.

3. Did Dell do the right thing apologizing to Betsey?

The Barnacle: For Betsey's sake, yes. It will help her heal. But Dell is, of course, correct in that he is not the one who blew up the house or caused Heather's demise.

M.L. House: Yes. I nodded in approval as Naomi gave it to him straight and encouraged him to do so.

L.J. Gibbs: The situation with Heather was so messed up that Dell was both right and wrong in how he reacted. He can't be blamed for what he did, but he was right to explain to Betsey how grown-ups can react in ways they regret, as well.

iheartizzie: Dell's a stubborn fellow, but it's good that he came around for the sake of his daughter. Naomi is a good influence ... well, at least until she murders Maya.

4. Team Charlotte or Team Coop?

L.J. Gibbs: Wow. If the point is to make Cooper seem like a huge jackass with the things he said to Charlotte, the show succeeded and then some! Those were some serious insults he was letting loose. Where do you even go from there?

M.L. House: Team OMG That Was a Huge Fight! I'm gonna join Team Coop more because he spit out the best insult, not necessarily because he was right: "You are a sex toy I found on the Internet!"

iheartizzie: Definitely Charlotte, but just to play devil's advocate here, the guy has some legitimate points. Doesn't mean he should say such hurtful things, but still.

The Barnacle: Team Charlotte. Delish.
