I loved what happened with Owen and Christina. I believe that he did the right thing by showing her that he wasn't going to let her go. He is making sure that he loves Christina and only her. That I believe that was the moment she realized that he is not ever going to leave her ever.
Mark, you deserve better. Someone that is close to your age. Maybe Lexie will understand, but now, she needs to understand what she did.
I think that Meredith and Derek are doing great together. They are begin to understand that being is not easy, but are learning to support each other.
I think the Alex and Izzie need to be apart. Alex is right, he needs to move on and be with someone that will stay.
Where is the new hot guy doctor for Bailey? I only hope that he give love her Nazi side?

I was actually suprised at how intense this whole episode was tonight!
Meredith and Derek- I am the biggest Mer/Der shipper you could ever come across. I mean they are the "it coupl" to me in Grey's Anatomy. But I for one love this tension and drama between the two of them. It would be boring if all we saw was happy marriage bliss! So I'm looking forward to what the coming episodes bring for this Chief storyline and how they'll deal.
Owen/Cristina/Teddy- So that scene at the end with Cristina where he's telling her that he's a person etc etc, probably one of Sandra Oh's best. Not even joking. The look in her eyes was SOOOO powerful. It had me tear up slightly. Teddy is slowly growing on me, she seems like she's a good doctor who cares about her patients, I jsut don't like her in this three way love triangle.
Arizona and Callie- I was suprised that Arizona lied. She just doesn't come off as the type of person to lie about something like that. The ending scene was sweet though.

Excellent episode.
I can't believe I'm saying this but I am rooting for Teddy. I know she's the evil force to break O/C but Cristina deserves to be the best and Teddy can give it to her. I hope Hunt realizes this too because what he said is also true. Cristina can be the better version of Ellis. She can have both.
Alex and Izzie, eh. I am ready for them to move on. I actually found Izzie tolerable tonight but both are in two different places and need to move on.
I'm finding Derek running off the Chief a little...off. I LOVED that he told Mer at the end that they are the same because they are. Both had professional benefits but Richard needs help.
However, he has to tell Mer about turning the job down twice, so that she can see he actually meant well, just like her. I can't side with anyone here but damn, this was a good storyline.
Finally, I was never a huge Mark/Lexie shipper but I am on Mark's side here. Lexie saying that they're even is cruel and cold. Go Mark!

Strong, strong storyline for MerDer and the chief - excellent writing in introducing a new dynamic into their relationship. PM and EP are so strong - after watching them evolve and grow these characters for so many years they are still intruiging and compelling.
Sandra Oh makes you believe - "I choose my gift" - of course she does. That has always been who Yang is. I've become a convert to Christina and Owen but still believe only Burke really knew and understood her. Know his story is told and over and not lamenting that - just saying sometimes that is the way it is in life.
So Arizona lied so she wouldn't have to endure the unpleasant part of Callie's chicken pox? They are so far beyond that in their relationship that it was almost ludicrous - the good man in a storm, the doctor with one of the truest moral compasses at SGMW lies when her girlfriend is really sick because she wants to keep it all sexy time??? A real reach, if you ask me. No one did, of course but it is pretty d
I loved it. Everything. I was glad that Alex told Izzie to leave. She selfish with everyone but her patients. She never see the effect her decisions have on others. Love Owen and Christina. Mark's reaction kind of surprises me. The manwhore has double standards ! He can do it but not Lexie. Surprising... As for the chief, he should have accepted Derek's offer of help. I agree with Derek's decision to tell the board. Alcool and surgery do not go together. Meredith will come to realize that. I am sure.

This was an excellent episode all around tonight
Mer/Der- I loved the debate between them and the cheif. I think Mer was being too selfish professionalwise and Derek was actually concerned for him. The post it references were very cute though. I think that Derek being interim chief is going to cause drama in their marriage so the drama will just intensify. Can't wait to see that :D
Christina/Owen/Teddy-Really don't care about this couple (I'm very neutral about C/O) I loved the drama between Teddy/Christina but I wasn't convinced that Christina and Owen have solved their problems with surgery and love
Lexie/Mark- Ok Mark confessing to Lexie the way he did was totally heartfelt but Lexie confessing to Mark was extremely chilish and made it seem that she never cared about him so I get Mark not wanting to speak or look at lexie
Alex/Izzie- Izzie coming back was a pure delight to the evening very tense in the kitchen and the rest made it believe that A/I would get back together

Callie + Arizona = Really, really hot!
After seeing that in the first five minutes, the rest of the show was just a blur.
Oooh, forgot to say, I spent most of the episode hoping that Izzie and Alex would work things out, but once Alex said what he did, it made so much sense to me. He knows who he is now. He knows he can be a good person. Izzie made him realize that. And he has the right to believe that he deserves someone better. I was sad for izzie, but she is too late.
I thought it was excellent. There were some pretty heart-wrenching moments, but they always make the episode.
I was SO mad at Teddy for getting drunk and telling Owen Cristina would 'trade him'. And SO relieved when Owen went to Cristina's after and made her see that "we" matter. I am so glad he's not one to give up, and not one to walk away and sulk.
I was happy that Mark told Lexie he slept with Addison, but Lexie totally handled that the wrong way - I'm glad she owned up too, but the way she did it was WAY inappropriate. I think it made Mark realize how young she is. She sounded like a high school student. It made me SO sad : ( I loved Mark and Lexie together.
Hate to say it, but I'm glad Derek reported the Chief to the board. I find myself having no sympathy for the Chief anymore. I'm sad that it threw a wrench in MerDer but we knew that was coming.
