I want her to go. I'm tired of her coming back and leaving all time. And I don't like Izzy anymore. She should have died, and George should have stayed ;_;

As a huge Gizzie fan, I wanted her to leave with George. They were my favorite couple.
I miss George so much. Thee show hasn't done well without George and Izzie. The ratings keep hitting historical lows every new episode.
As for Alex, he has totally regressed and I never thought he was good enough for Izzie or that she loved him like she did George.

If Izzie leaves GA I won't be happy @ all because I love Izzie and hate to see her go but it's not the end of Grey's for me. She brought a positive light to the Fab 5 (now 3-4?) and this season she just wasn't there and becaue of KH movie career and maternity leave I was ok with those reasons. I'm not happy that since Izzie left again there has been no mention of her (but I am happy that Alex's SL is not ALL ABOUT IZZIE even I don't like that) I won't be surprised if KH doesn't renew her contract and if s7 is her last season of grey's. I won't put any negative feelings towards KH or Izzie if she goes but the producers better not make the Alex/Izzie relationship end negatively for either of them. I also hope that Izzie will make some reapperances every now and then
The show will live w/o her but there will be a void missing in my opinion. Grey's is about the friendships and relationships happening on the show not about a couple or a single character and how they balance that out wit

who cares really i mean i liked izzie but i dont really care for her anymore like alot of people said the show is going along really great without her and i do find her a bit annoying when she comes back... but i like her movies so ill be looking forward to that just take her off GA

While I've always liked the character Izzie, I haven't really missed her lately. Maybe because I really have been liking Alex without Izzie, now that he is getting better SL's. He is now one of my favs & I look forward to seeing him every week. (I'm a HUGE MerDer shipper, so that's saying alot!) Also, I agree with Cellchicz, when she is back, the show is "all about Izzie". I think it's time to say bye-bye.

We've had season 6 without Katherine. It has been great so far. Shes made a few guest appearences. I used to love her, but this seasons made me sense, greys is great without katherine.

If Katherine Heigl leaves, I'd be neither surprised nor disappointed. We've seen that she isn't necessary to carry the show - honestly it hasn't been until looking back at the episode a day or two after it airs that it occurs to me that Izzie isn't there. It's been set up so that if she does come back, things will be pretty awkward between her and just about everybody (like in I Like You So Much Better When You're Naked) and honestly I don't feel like Izzie's grown up along with the rest of the cast.
Of course, I'd be okay with Izzie being back if they come up with a good storyline for her to bring her up to the maturity level of the rest of the characters.

It's called Grey's Anatomy, not Izzy. She should be allowed to leave, her charecter has done everything, and honestly, what more story can be achieved. Alex moved on, so should we.

I love Izzie, and I would hate to see her leave the show. If she does, it would be awesome to keep the possibility of her return open-ended. I am hating how things are ending with her and Alex

I'm not sure if I would keep on watching grey's anatomy if katherine heigl leaves the show. Izzie is my favorite character, I love alex/izzie, so if she leaves that would make the end of their mariage..and I hate to see alex with another woman. Morover, I don't like the new direction the show is taking. It's becoming a new ER and I wasn't a fan of this show because the focus was mainly on the medical stuff... I miss Izzie so much that I lost interest to the show. So, I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed and pray she will return full time next season!! Katherine, don't go!!!!

I don't love Izzie and her abscence isn't intersting to me.The show must go on and the professional characters of the show there are and where was she?movies are interesting her and she goes out of the show probably at the end of the season and amen...All in the life you cannot have.I had done to die at the beginnig of the season together George.

Izzie used to be my favorite character in the early seasons. I thought I would miss her this year, but I've actually become annoyed whenever she comes back. It seems as though everyone (with the occasional exception of Alex as he has his moments) has grown up and matured this season, but Izzie is still the same whenever she comes back. The show is taking a different course, the focus isn't all on Meredith and Cristina and Alex and Izzie anymore. Lexie, Mark, Bailey, Owen, and Derek are all central figures now. Izzie's character just doesn't matter.
Katherine Heigl kind of brought it on herself, though, I think. She wanted to go places and complained all the time, and so they let her leave and moved the show on without her.
Her loss, good riddance, we're sad, however you want to look at it, I don't think the show looses anything with her gone.

Izzie was never one of my favorite characters to begin with. I haven't really noticed her abscence. I love the new direction that GA is taking. The show is evolving, the interns are now residents and I think they're doing a great job.

I'll miss Izzie, mostly because of the good ole' days of the gang when they still WERE a gang (with George and all), and the show was about the 5 interns, with Mer in the focus...however, now it actually won't make a difference to the show cause it's obviously taken another direction. I just simply miss the good stuff from seasons 1-2-3, so that's why I'd be sad to see Izzie go for good.
But I'm pretty sure it's her final season...she's been practically out of the show since last year.
Oh well...:(

I loved Alex/Izzie so much, that's a reason why I started watching Grey's regularly. I was really sad when I heard Katherine Heigl wouldn't be on the show for some episodes. However, now I see how well the show is doing without her, I don't think it'd be much of a loss...

I am looking forward to having Izzie back. I've missed her and Alex and Izzie. There's nothing new in that article. Every year the media starts with the "is she leaving?" articles around this time.

I like Katherine Heigl she is a good actress but honestly during the episodes I have seen I have not really missed her because when she was there it was like the show revolved around her
