The Star Trek: The Next Generation first played a jerky version of himself in October, and is slated to do so again on an episode that airs in April.
Regarding his reprisal as Sheldon's nemesis, Wheaton blogged this week:
"Even though my personal motto is Don't Be A D**k, I've wanted to play an arch enemy for pretty much my entire career, and I love that ['Big Bang Theory' co-creator] Bill [Prady] described me that way, because I was kind of hoping I'd earn that position in the 'Big Bang' canon."
