I hope Serena and Dan won't get together again.. I'm tired of them as a couple. Dan should be with Vanessa and Serena with Nate. And of course Blair with Chuck! Jenny.. well, I don't care about her that much. I liked her before, in season 1, but now I don't. I just hope she will stay away from Nate and from Chuck. She just CAN'T come between N & S and C & B...

I'm a little worried about how things are going to turn out. I know that a fall-out with Chair will be good, because there are still places unexplored with them, but I also want it to be like they always fall back to each other. I think that they are the type to be together and then apart, but always realize in the end that they belong.
As for any other couple I don't really care. I like individual characters, but with that I just want them to be as crazy as always. I know that i'm really not in favor of the current Jenny. I think something ground-breaking and terrible should happen to make her realize what life is about so she stops being so snotty. That, or ship her off to boarding school.
Also, I think Nate should be involved in as much main-character girl stuff as possible. I hate when he's with random chicks.
Finally, I know this is an idea that was sort of played around with in the threesome, but not enough. I want to see a main character girl get involved with another g

KILL VANESSA THE FUCK OFF !!! and introduce a new LEAD character to accompany jenny in high school over at constance .. if you ask me gossip girl isn't as scandalous or as good if not in highschool .. it just isnt the same .. by bringing another character that goes with jenny to constance you are opening so many doors. i mean let's face it.. jenny's story is what is saving gossip girl anyways. maybe you could incorporate tinsley carmichael from the it girl novels ?

We feel very healthy, we feel that we're figuring out how to do the show not in high school. I think the second half of the season will be really successful in that regard.

I would first like to establish that you should not be feeling very healthy. Your previously fantastic show is currently abismal. You may have been picked up for a fourth season but unless you do some serious work on the writing of the show, it will not last any longer than that.
You're lucky Gossip Girl can fund itself with constant FASHUNABLE product placement. Which, BTW, is annoying. For example, nobody shops at Bendels anymore! That's why they don't even sell clothing now. They last thing I bought in Bendels was a scarf circa 2005. Stop with the black and white boxes, okay? Okay.
You haven't figured out how to do the school outside of high school. Remember Season One? High school was a major theme in Season One, even if "there wasn't a classroom scene". Coinciden

I doubt Chuck and Jenny will sleep together, nor will Dan and Blair become a couple. I don't think anyone could buy Dan and Blair as a couple. That would be too much of leap for both of their characters.
I have a feeling Dan and Blair team up to take Georgina down. As for Serena and Dan, my guess is they will reconnect as friends over the havoc her dad causes with their parents...and possibly the trouble Georgina causes. As much as I liked Dan and Serena together I think it is too late for them. It is good to see them dating other people and I'm hoping she and Nate work out. I think they'll be good together.

from the look of it SS doesn't know whats going to happen in the future as well, most likely they even haven't started writing the story! Thats why she said everything is open to possibilities. I guess it all depends on what fans wanted to see and the ratings.

After reading this I think Chuck and Jenny are prob not happening. But when SS says this:

SS: That's what is so interesting from our perspective, because I've never been on a show where you feel there are really other genuine options [for multiple characters].
On The O.C. we just didn't have that. It was always very clear who went with each other. It's really fun as a writer to feel there are genuine possibilities that can be explored.
I feel we have an endgame in mind, but we're also very open to discovering things along the way - relationships that are not in the books that may even be surprises to us.
You want to have an idea, a game plan, a map that you're following, but we're open to possibilities if you find something along the way that you want to stop and explore.

I think the "endgame" couple they have in mind is Chuck and Blair, because SS already said Chuck/Blair are the Ross/Rachel of Gossip Girl, so ...
