Grey's Anatomy Photo Gallery: "Sympathy For the Parents"
The action is really picking up on Grey's Anatomy, as we saw in last week's promo for Thursday's upcoming "Sympathy For the Parents." In the gallery of promotional photos below, it's clear that when Alex's brother comes to town, there's going to be serious hostility.
We're talking physical blows. As in a fist fight.
From what little we've learned about Alex's background so far, it isn't pretty in the least. And as the first family member of his to visit Seattle Grace, Aaron may be bringing more baggage than his older brother is ready to deal with. Should be very interesting.

Oh I know, Sarah Drew's April should just go away. She killed a patient and instead of coming back as a resident...she's Derek's assistant. Mer should definitely fight her 'cause last week's episode, April was just so disrespectful. Snatching those scans away from Mer, she's the Chief's wife (on post-it) and April should be nicer. Fire her, McDreamy!

Kepner's value is the fact she keeps annoying Meredith. I dislike Kepner and her voice just annoys me soooo much.
I guess Mer's Aaron's resident, but why is Arizona involved?
I so hope we get more than one two minute scene of Mer Der. Der's gonna be upset about MEr's reluctence to agree about starting a family. No doubt he'll encounter some wise words from Bailey and Webber. Mer's lived the life of a daughter with an ambitious single parent mother. She won't want that life for her children, especially if Der continues as a chief with a minimal homelife

Lots of Alex and Mer. Yay! So excited to know more about Alex's past!
Ughh annoying April is in this episode too. I wish Mer will go cage fighter on her.. The writers said Don't you love how April is smitten by Derek?! Seriously? She and her voice annoyed me and got on my nerves, I really hope she will not be the plant number two. I am hoping she will leave with the other two.. waste of screen time on her!
