Tonight after NCIS, the NCIS: Los Angeles team investigates the death of a sailor who died in an underground street race, and they ascertain that his car was sabotaged.

There does that investigation lead the Office of Special Projects? In typical fashion, more deeply into the underworld than you'd expect, and with some surprising results.
