From the shows I watch, here are my suspicions:
NCIS: Abby (by McGee)
CSI Miami: Calleigh (by Eric)
CSI NY: Peyton (by Mac... she returns in (an) upcoming episode(s).
The Good Wife: (I don't remember the name) but the Floreck son's girlfriend
NCIS Los Angeles: No one!
These are all viabe options, but it could very well be a show I don't watch (which I hope is the case).

Personally, I'm rooting for NCIS's Abby a la McGee. It is totally unexpected since their relationship doesn't get very much air time. This seems totally unconventional, and probably irrational, however, we need to keep in mind that the actress who plays Abby got married recently, so may I say happy honeymoon?

what about Vanessa? They've done so many 'shocking' things with her character. Like the threesome for example. everyone thought it was gonna be something amazingyl dirty involving either Chuck or Blair, and then they fucked it up with V being it it. I could totally imagine the same to happen with this pregnancy thing...
and I am so rooting for Elena and Damon :D

of course it's not Grey's Anatomy characters because shonda rhimes is still writing the finale .. there's no way shonda would've told Ausiello that.. Ausiello watches the episodes and blog about what he saw and he give some spoilers,,, they didn't shoot it yet, it's still being written, and shonda said : we don't do baby in grey's , so i don't think someone in grey's will be pregnant

Sorry, but vampires can not procreate, even though the love trying. Could be Caroline with Matt as the father, um Damon and Bonnie (she is supposed to be a very powerful witch afterall....so, maybe Vampires can procreate with Witches!? *shurg*

I think Chandra's pregnancy was the only real life pregnancy that was written into GA. Chyler and Ellen's preganancy were hidden. It's possible that Jessica is pregnant, and they'll hide it.
I think it would be interesting that a broody Torres could turn to broody Sloan to make a baby with. But the newly perfect couple of Torres and Robbins could be shaky if that were to happen.
Shonda is full of GA don't do babies, so I don't think it's a Grey's character. But i am hoping that when MerDer leave at the end of S8 there'll be a baby on the way for them

i want it to be serena/nate's baby or Blair/Chuck's.
but i think it will be jenny.......because she is very young and she was always the smart one who knows what she is doing. so i think she and damien will have the baby.....

Okay... Two possiblities...
Ziva- Who can forget that night in Paris where Tony and her possibly shared a bed? ;D That would make me soooooooooooo happy! A little Tiva, or Zony, kid. ;D (gets giddy)
Callie- I hate to admit it but she wants kids and I am soooo sooo sooo leaning towards Mark as the baby daddy... even though I want Mark and Lexie back. They both want kids and stuff. Crap.

I really want Meredith to be pregnant. It would be a challenge now that she is focusing on her career and Derek is the new chief. I don't think they would be as happy as many would think about it and it could be interesting to see how it would play out if Meredith ended up wanting the baby but Derek wasn't ready...now THAT would be a twist....

please let it be lexie ( greys anatomy) and it would obviusly be from mark...a major drama ( he and lexie aren´t together anymore :( bummer) and she would try to keep quiet but then he finds out and he thinks it from alex but it isn´t ...cause it would be from the time when he and lexie were together

As much as I want Addie to have a baby, I really don't want it to be with Pete (or have Pete as a possibility). So unless she can be sure it's *not* his, then I don't want it to be Addie.
