Well I don't think is Grey's because all the characters are going to be talking about babies on next week episode, so it wouldn't be shocking if someone turns out pregnant because they all talked about it. For something to be shocking it has to be something that nobody suspect or expect and comes out of nowhere. The talk about babies sort of tells you that a baby is coming. On Grey it would be shocking if no one get pregnant.

I think it would be Brennan on Bones because she had already been talking about having a baby so it would make sense.

I've thought that Juliet from LOST was preggers since the Season 5 finale so I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say she's coming back to life pregnant in the Season 6 finale. And I'm really hoping that time-traveling and death have not changed the fathers identity! I'm a Suliet fan for sure ... I'm hoping that Juliet and Sawyer are Adam & Eve on our Island.

I think it would be fun i Vanessa in Gossip Girl got pregnant with Dan. It would be very unexspected but I think it would be kinda fun to see how they would hadle it.
But I hope it is someone from Grey's Anatomy, like if Lexie got pregnant with Alex.

I have a feeling it will be Lost as it is their last season and it would be a typical way to finish off a character's storyline. Though I hope it's Gossip Girl, make it more interesting.

I reckon Glee could still be a contender. It would definitely shake up the Mr. Schuester love triangle as he really wants a baby so it could be Terri or Emma... Perhaps?

I actually don't mind a GG pregnancy. I'll even be okay if it's Blair, because like someone else mentioned I think she's the only that will be able to mature enough to handle it. She acts like a whiney little brat, sure, but between Serena/Chuck/Jenny drama she's got the whole mother hen thing down. But if it is Blair, the baby has to be Chuck's.
I don't care if they absolutely hate each other and spend seasons apart -- just so long as they have a small chance of being together at the end of the show.
They've already screwed Derena, if they do the same to Chair than they won't have a show. Serenate steaminess can only sustain for so long.

I am almost sure it isn't glee as there is already a baby.
Leighton did say something about a pregnancy but that may have been about derota.
I am actually getting more convinced it is gossip girl because it's meant to be a SHOCKER pregnancy and if any of the characters got pregnant it would be shocking. I'm thinking serena, she has slept with quite alot of people recenty haha.

No chance it's Lost, too many babies, Kate won't have a chance to do sawyer once again and get pregnant :P Glee - Nope, already have a baby. Grey's - possibly, Lexy probably. Gossip Girl - They said someone you never thought of, ill go with Vanessa.

And I really doubt that it's Gossip girl...besides that Leighton said something about a pregnancy a while back and we didn't know if she meant Dorota or otherwise.
Truth be told, GG has gotten a little boring so I wouldn't doubt if they'd knock Blair up for ratings. It would be interesting.

IF it the pregnancy shocker is in gossip girl...
i really hope it isn't any of the main characters from gossip girl (serena, blair, vanessa, jenny)that would just be ruined. if one of them has to get pregnant i would choose blair, because i think she is the only girl in a truly stable relationship right now. if its one of the main girls the show might have them have a miscarriage or something, because i can't imagine these girls actually having a baby! maybe it could be lily and rufus? and serena and dan can share another half sibling...haha...
i don't think this includes dorota because we already know she's pregnant and this is going to be a pregnancy SHOCKER.

My guess would be on Lost. I think Kate is pregnant by Jack (way back from the time when they were off the island in L.A.). Would be a shocker though...
