Ok, here is my guesses: Guess #1///////Der will get drunk, really bad, probably because of something horrible, the new B**ch who loves Derek will take Advantage. Mer for starters will already be preggers, and sadly, will most likely either hear/walk in on Der and the B**ch. Derek will Sober up and B**chy B**ch will hurt Mer bad, so bad that she'll lose the baby. Guess #2///////Teddy gets preggers (with McSteamy's Baby), but that's not the hook-up. Christina will think that the baby is Owen and Teddy's, consider they're Best Buds and both want kids. Christina will be furious and Break-up with him, then she'll go into the arms of Dr. Avery (Not THE Dr. Harper Avery, but his grandson), they already kissed after all. /////////Anyways those are my guesses.

does anyone have any idea what the 'it stinks' clue is. and what certain other show is it talking about. Private Practice?? I love all the couples together. It would have to be Callie and Arizona, Owen and Christina, or Meredith and Derek for the long term couple. But i like the Christina and Meredith idea. Well I dont like it but i think it is a good idea. The new fling i hope it isnt lexi and anyone because i am never going to get over lexi and mark and are convinced they belong together. i think the new fling is going to involve the break up and one of the people in it with either teddy or a mercy west doctor because they are the only new people this season. i hope they do somehting with private practice though because why else would they have dereks sister come onto PP??

Meredith and Cristina will not STOP being friends... are you kidding? thats is the LAST thing Grey's needs right now.... 2 of the Original 5 are gone..... Alex and Meredith are basically background characters... if 2 of the last 3 stop talking to each other completely... the show will lose the LAST of its fan base... PLUS it says "its not something they can get over" friends can get over everything.....cause you dont have to live with them, unlike lovers...

If Jessica Capshaw is pregnant then Arizona and Callie will have to break up. They can't have a pregnant girl who does'nt want kids, so she'll probaly dissappear off the show for a while pushing Callie into Mark's arms.

Can't believe that nobody has thought of this - it's not a conventional couple - but what if the game changing breakup is Mer and Cristina? They've had two big spats in the not so distant future - the treatment of William (death row inmate) and the whole intern surgery debauchle - that, and I'm still not convinced that Mer is okay with the fact that Cristina is still with Owen, given his whole PTSD thing...I'm thinking that something's going to happen that's going to put a big a$$ wedge between these ladies...no ideas on what it will be, but that's my guess!

Why would April try to kill Derek? She loves him, that makes no sense. She would try to kill Meredith so Derek would be single. And to find out if anyone's dying, so we know who's contacts have been signed for next season?

Well, this season seems to be leaning on Christina and Owen and their issues. So for them to break up seems very predictable, and GA is far from predictable. The break up has to be the "game-changer" and them breaking up is not that big. The "It stinks" reference is from a PD movie (I think), so I am thinking something major is going to happen with Derek.
Of course I am guessing like everyone else :)

Alright im thinking of many things here
1.Mer gets pregnant derek starts crying or whatever goes to the board steps down as chief to help Mer(hoping this happens!!!)
2.christina n owen break up over PTSD and they r hurt by the break up
3. mereder breakup completely destroyed by it mer gets drunk sleeps with alex(which probs wnt happen)
4.April tries to kill derek mer comes and kick her ass!!! lol
5.april hurts mer

Just saw the JC news. Arizona didn't want kids. Even if she and Callie have reached some sort of agreement, it'd be too soon for them.
SR didn't listen to EP and PD (together) to incorporate EP's pregnancy, I doubt she'll incorporate JC's.
But congrats to Jessica and her family! More babies to GA! LOL.

She won't break up Meredith and Derek because many people will be upset about it. However, I do think that something will boil down with April that will hurt Derek (since she is his secretary she will have access to private stuff which she may use to retaliate for not being with her maybe and may hurt his career).
The couple that will break up i think will be Christina and Owen, which will segway into Christina and Jackson as the new hookup.

Please no hook up Lexie / Jackson. He is such a nice guy. He and Cristina would be hotter. Break up btw Cristina and Mer sounds reasonable.

Ack! No Rose baby! Ew. Besides, she didn't leave SGH, she just transferred to another department, so if she had been preggers, rumors would've flown and eventually reached Der's ears.
I don't think SR will pull this crap off. We already had the hidden wife, why a hidden child?

When everyone is sayinghe might die do you think that it is kind of strange when mer has that dream about him at the start of season 5 when his car plows into a bus or something, maybe something like that comes back and it hits mer omg now that would be wierd, but it would be kind of like the george nd izzie moment at the end when they are trying to save them.Seriously i am thinking of so many things now omg

I know this is a one of but could rose come back do you think? i know that she left to go join another practise but what is she wasnt kidding about the child. omg that would be catastrophic to merder noooooo way can that happen. This is by the way a one of, and i hope this doesnt happen. But you never know when it comes to Shonda Rhimes

My prediction is that the couple is Mer/Cris (or as I call them, Mertina) and the rift might not even be Owen-related. Remember how Shonda mentioned something about Teddy having to fight for her job? Well, I have a gut feeling that Cristina is involved in this fight and Meredith doesn't support her friend in the way that Cris expects to be supported (perhaps in the process of helping Teddy keep her job, Cris inadvertently gets Derek removed as acting chief and the board reinstates Weber. This in turn, hurts Derek and infuriates Mer). The breakup of this friendship would be devastating to both women and those around them.
