I've got a theory,but it's kinda weird : So,we can imagine that the time lapsus between episode 19 and 20 is almost 3 weeks.So maybe on the show to.Just let me explain that.
Off screen break up :
1.For Calzona : We leave them on a "I wanna have a baby" talk,and I'm french so maybe I didn't understand what Az says,sounds like "we gonna talk about that...".Maybe they have break-up after this scene,and the devastating comes from that.Or the almost break-up but back together from J.Cap ITV!!
2.Owen/Cristina : we also leave them in a moment where nobody can say that they're in a "so in love" moment.So after their last scene,everything can happend!!Cristina can leave him coz of the syndrome post war,I don't remember the real name.Or Owen just leave Cristina for keep her safe.Well wait and see April 19th!!Too long!!

Callie and Arizona can't break up over nonexistant babies!! It's not right. Besides, it's not like Callie wants kids RIGHT now, she gets weird and obsessed over things, like remember when she was all like "George, let's make babies!"
She should just chill for a bit.

I think its going to be one of those finale's where everyone is impacted, but Shonda has NEVER leaked major information regarding a finale, she always trys to steer us into a different direction. Whic his good, ebcause I want to be guessing, but I don't want to know a month a head of time what is going to happen.
I think that Cristina/Owen are definitely going to get stuck between a rock and a hard place....
i'm wondering what the "stink" reference is regarding...
I'm also wondering if Derek's sister visitin P.P. will impact Grey's at all, if derek will find out that she went to L.A., will Addison return, yada yada, but yeah definitely think the couples are Cris/Owen and Callie/Arizona, I think Callies going to be there for Mark when Sloane has the baby

I think that something will happen to Der via nut-case April. And since Mer/Der are not "legally" married, problems will ensue cuz she won't be considered his next of kin. I seem to remember someone saying the Post-It Marriage was supposed to show the problems that gay/lesbian community has, not being able to get "legally" married in most states. JMHO.

ok, I think it's callie and arizona. The babything with Sloan Sloan is coming in their faces, because Sloan and Callie are doing the babything together. I also think it's Avery and Yang who will hook up, just as a big finale piece. Who knows, right?

Uh oh :'( Derek is so likable and charismatic and honestly if I see Derek being hurt in the S6 finale it's going to break my heart. (I don't cry over grey's it's not my nature) something may go down with April (not a hookup!) and may change everyone's lives hence the "game changer"

PD was very vague about it. When I saw it, I felt that it confirmed that Derek is getting hurt in some way. That'd certainly would have tears flowing all around.
The good thing is that we know PD isn't going anywhere soon, so cliffhanger or not, we know he lives!

You scary me who is going to died? I mean I know that Shonda goes full circle for her finales. The season premiere had tears and a funeral because of George, so I fully expect Tears in the finale, I just hope they don't leave us with a cliffhanger of who is going to died, because I can't take it again.

If I'm not mistaken there have been tears in every season finale with the exception of MAYBE season 4 with all the kissing, although it was still pretty sad with Alex and Rebecca...I really think Shonda is messing with everyone, she wants us all to think its goin to be Mer/Der...who knows. they need to bring in people OUTSIDE the hospital for a change its like one big orgy fest in there

I hope Shonda Rhimes does not break up Mer/Der as they are the only long term couple on the show in my opinion. We've waited too long for them to be together and they are made for each other and will never be happy with someone else (been there, done that). I don't like that she's (Shonda) allowed them to get boring but the talk of a baby will give them plenty of action to work through together. Please, please, PLEASE do not allow it to be Mer/Der. We've already had a fake wedding...please allow us to keep this relationship on the show.
Christina and Owen would be my next guess and I can't say I'd be sad to see this go. I think Christina needs to take a good long look at herself. I LOVE this character (Sandra Oh is FABULOUS!)but she is selfish and I think Owen should tell her so and they should part ways. I would LOVE to see the whole and healed Meredith help her friend become whole and healed. I don't think Christina should want babies - all women do not want babies and th

I say is Cris and Mer they are longer couple and they are the most love couple of the show. They can break up over the fact that Meredith will go all kick ass on Owen and Cris may not like Mer protecting her from Owen.
It could be Calzona, they both may come to the conclusion on the next episode that they can't compromise on the baby thing and break up.
Is not MerDer they don't have issues and they won't break up over April, but April will probably go psycho on Derek. Shonda said in a podcast that MerDer will grow close by the end of the season. Is not them.

Well i can't be Mer and Der as shonda has said that they together forever now! So i think it may be Cristina and owen as they are going thorugh a rough patch at the moment.

I'm thinking that Shonda is fooling us all and none of know what is coming. LOL This happens every season around this time...for May Sweeps. Shonda puts teasers out so that people will tune in we will just have to wait and see

I really think its C/O. As someone mentioned: the Caallie/Arizona baby thing has already been going for 3 episodes, so stretching it out for another 5 might be boring - unless theres another twist (maybe something linked to Sloane's baby). As for C/O: I think they do the best drama, so their break up would be pretty intense.
