I hope there is truth to the Kepner not stabbing Der plot rumor. Family are not allowed to do surgery for loved ones(H. Avery got round it only for one op).
There are photos about for the final GA eps and kepner is sat with Mer in scrubs in an OR area. Graciella is also included as a doc as is nosedive.
From the way PD was talking, he thinks Der's gonna be disappointed that Mer isn't rushing to be a mom.
The fire will have a greater impact if it's Cris/Callie's apartment cos that would involve their neighbor mark. Cris could move in with Hunt I guess?

dude.. april kepner is a total random nut job and if abc ever made derek have an affair wid her than they wood get a lot and i mean A LOT of hate mail from all of the merder fans out there. and that like the entire population!!

I have a theory that Meredith's house will catch on fire by April. But i think they are burning down the house so they can build their dream house on derek's land. Its just a thought.

Just noticed that April is wearing little blue scrubs in some of the photos, there is one photo however and she is wearing attending dark blue scrubs.
Is April such a nutter to be wearing these scrubs. My theory is she spotted Chief Shephard stripe off his scrubs and after he left the scrub room, April followed him in and put on Chief Shephard's discarded scrub shirt, and the shock look on her face says it all I bet Meredith spotted her doing it and April is mortified. Then again maybe Derek spotted her doing it now that really could explain such a shock panic look on her face.

They don't look happy, they appear to be deep in thought.

This year's finale is sounding more interesting everytime I read the spoilers, my only concern is I hope they [the episodes] live up to all is speculation/excitement because I don't want to watch it then at the end be very disappointed that it didn't meet with my expectations of what a game-changer that effects ALL the characters.
Will we see more of the extra's been brought in to work in the background, if there is going to be this kind of disaster/accident on this scale the other surgical interns/residents would need to be there in the pit, in the OR, there were 20 interns start with Meredith, Alex, George, Izzie and Cristina = MAGIC, 6 out of 20 are women, so will this extra's been seen around, because this finale sounds like it's going to be huge.
Mandy Moore and Ryan Devlin guest star as a married couple, Mandy plays Mary while Ryan plays Bill. Mary will be Bailey's patient.
And in one of the sides posted on another site said it was an apartment building, so that rules o

omfg I luv luv luv Caseyscooby idea of what's going to happen. I think it's kinda stubid that like merideth and christina have had all these medical emergencies happen to them (appendix, pregnancy, icicle, drowning.....) And nothing has happend to Owen or Derek accept for Owens PTSD! It's about time something medically interesting happend to the boyyysss!

The sides for the fire say it is an apartment block and one of the doctors brings a girl with burned legs out ,and then goes back in to try to rescue more people.So its not Casa Grey

Re "one of hospital's doctors will also have to contend with a deadly fire in her home." I agree with the other posters, it is Meredith's house. Also, because Meredith's house is the only "house" that we've seen of any of the doctors. The rest live in apartment/condos or whatever. Hope it doesn't burn to the ground. I like that house.
Well, that will force Meredith's roommates to leave. Will Meredith have to live in the trailer? Ugh.
And, I guess someone will die in the fire. But, who?

I think it could either be Alex's trailer (is he still living there?) or Mer's house that catched fire, only because Mark, Callie, Arizona, Cristina, and Owen all live in the same apartment building. That would be crazy! And as for the multi car pileup, maybe that will involve one of the doctors or their all too buisy to deal with the fire? Whatever happens, it's gonna be good!

I think Shonda Rhimes is trying to play down the Derek/April thing because something will definitely happen. I just really can't see them doing this storyline with no consequences...! And why bring her back in the first place if nothing is going to happen. I think the fire will be at Meredith's house...April will start it, but instead of thinking Meredith is home it is actually Derek!!

Form what I have been reading in this article, what comes to mind in the case April's character is CARRIE.
I think that she might set Meredith's house on fire in thinking that she gets fired again.
A theory is that Meredith and Christina are in the house together.
My theory of the sugerical skills story line of Meredith and Christina is that they might have to operate of the men that they love. (Derek and Owen because they could be in the fire house that April set off.)

This finale is beginning to sound amazing. @km, i think that would be an amazing idea ! to have izzie inside would just kill all of them inside. plus whoever is inside at the time will not be able to come to the aid of the person because of the pile-up! cannot wait !

After reading the head line about April. I think maybe April starts the fire and Mer's trying to kill her so she can have Derrick. But Mer isn't at home from work so she just burns her house for no reason.

Meredith can't operate on Derek. They may not be legally married but they are in a relationship. Remember when Meredith donated the liver Bailey objected to Derek being in the OR, but he insisted and Bailey cave, I don't know why and the drowning too, Derek wasn't allowed to be there either, neither was Cristina, or George, or Alex, or Izzie.

Just checked, SD isn't listed for the finale so...I guess April's sad life in SGH ends up in 6.21.
@JDC,
If Mer has power of attorney, it really doesn't matter because she can make medical decisions for him. However, not even in boyriend/girlfriend status they allow family treat family (hence Derek getting kicked out of the Trauma Room when Mer drowned).
