Medium Spoilers: The Death of Allison Dubois
Major Medium spoiler alert:
The CBS drama will kill off its main character in May, as the series is casting for hospital doctors, nurses and orderlies to try (and fail) to save the life of Allison Dubois (Patricia Arquette) on the show's season finale.
But does this mean it will be a series finale?
It's hard to say.
The show is titled "Medium," after all, as it deals with the after-life and often focuses on various nightmares and fantasy scenarios. Because this May episode will be called “It's A Wonderful Death," many believe the demise of Allison will simply fall into one of these categories.
The installment will also feature the wedding of Scanlon and Lynn DiVovi. But will Allison be alive to attend it? And do you even want this show to return for another season?

PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW. It's an amazing show and should stay on the air .... PLEASE!! I've read many books on what Allison does and it's just so amazing to watch it every week on TV.

CBS has already confirmed that Medium is cancelled, season 7 having only 13 episodes (so after this week, only 2 episodes are left; I guess the second of those two is the one described in the article above).

Medium needs to stay; we love that show. Why should it be canceled? It is interesting, and grabs the viewers right into the plot each week. I say, let's keep this good show going!! I do agree that is should be moved to Tuesday or Wednesday night.

NOooooooo!! DON'T CANCEL "MEDIUM"!!!!!! I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! This is insane. "Medium" is one of the very few shows I still watch on a major network. Most of the other shows I watch are on cable channels, like USA ("burn notice", "psych", etc) .... networks who don't cancel shows on seemingly odd whims like this. i don't get it. What gives?? I agree with so many of the comments on this site about what a great couple "joe" and "allison" are -- and I love the kids, too. The storylines are great -- inventive, creative -- they suck you in for the whole hour, trying to figure out what is going on. Such a great 'whodoneit'! I love this show!!! PLEASE RECONSIDER!!! DON'T CANCEL MEDIUM!!

Medium is the only show that I look forward to every week. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that it is cancelled. To top it off, Alison has to die!? I know every good show has to come to an end, but this had at least another couple of seasons left in it! Very poor judgement. I think I might as well just cancel my cable.

Please don't kill off Allison. Medium is my favourite show. There is so much garbage on tv now that it is becoming a waste of time even turning the tv on. Why do all the good shows get axed for the senseless garbage like reality shows and the majority of other television programs. You will be doing yourself a disservice by cancelling this show and you will lose precious viewers. I am very disappointed.
