Yesterday, True Blood fans were treated to their first look at Joe Manganiello in the key role of Alcide.

Now, we're giving them an early look at another new character that will come aboard the HBO series this summer: James Frain has signed on to portray Franklin Mott, a vampire with whom Tara gets involved.

Before Mott makes Tara scream out in ecstasy, however, he'll simply make Sookie's BFF scream.
