are you people crazy? callie and arizona belong together plain and simple and that's it hope arizona decides to wanting kids she'd be a great mom along with callie would be a great mom to plus they have mark lexie and christina and each other to help the through. and bailey for any motherly questions they have.

After tonight's ep. the tally is:
1. Lexie - she tells Mark she's dating Alex and he says he still loves her and she could have a husband. She's clearly torn.
2. Teddy - she walks in on Mark and Reid and he suggests a threesome. She laughs about it at work later, but is angry at Mark and shuts him down when he wanted to talk to her.
3. Christina and Owen - Mer kinda browbeats him into telling Christina that he told Derek to hire the other guy and that he doesn't know how he feels about Teddy... and that he doesn't have to explain himself to her or Mer. Teddy is in the stair well below them and hears it all.
4. Callie and Arizona - saddest breakup, but most mature to date on the show. The kiss in the elevator was heartbreaking
5. Bailey and Ben (a.k.a. gas man) - she sees him flirting with a nurse and thinks now that he got laid he's going to the next girl/woman he sees a la Mark. He talks to her and says he flirts with the nurse because she's a bitch and the head nu

1) I hope it is Mark proposing to Lexie, but I think not.
2) Definitely Teddy, Mark and Reed.
3) I think it is Christina and Owen, when she finds out he has feelings for Teddy.
4) I think it’ll be Alex and Lexie, because Arizona and Callie already broke-up.
5) I think it’ll be The Gasman and Bailey or maybe MerDer, it depends.

2.The promo for 6.22 shows Ted walking into Mark's bedroom to discover the Reed woman in the bed. Marksuggests a threesome
3.I think Bailey will move away from the gas man. Again the promo shows Bailey watching Ben flirting with a nurse. I guess the secret is Ben isn't serious about Bailey and will always be looking for his next relationship
4. Cris and Hunt
1 and 5 I'm really stuck on, cos Calazone broke up in 6.21.
I can't believe that Alex will propose, so will Alexie have the misunderstanding ?And will Mark propose marriage to Callie so she can have his baby?

1) Proposal- Callie and Arizona
2) Threesome- Teddy (as seen on the promo)
3) Move apart after secret is outed- Meredith and Derek (I know they're not in the pictures but based on their exchange in "How Insensitive" I'm thinking its them.)
4) Breakup- Christina and Owen (as heartbreaking as it will be).
5) Close to breakup- Bailey and The Gas Man.
