Oh yeah, but WOAH that was rough when he just shot reed right square in the forehead! Damn!
My take is Mer is preggo, Derek gets shot that is why Christina is holding her back in that one scene, Reed is dead, Alex is shot, I am guessing a few nurses and a few more interns as well. I don't think anything is going to happen to Teddy or Owen since they will be operating on Derek.
What is getting to me is what Christina and Meredith have to use their medical skills for and who in the world would want to pull bailey out from under the bed unless it is Ben and he is trying to get her to safety and then he gets shot trying to protect her. Hmmmm....that makes a little sense right?

Now how could richard get shot and or killed if he isn't in the hospital. He was in a cafe having breakfast and then comes up to the hospital and the police and crews would not let him in?? So I really don't think anything happens to him.

Merideth IS the one pregnanat, the shooter is the guy who tried to sue derek for sure reed is dead (thankfully) and alex gets shot but he will live. Im sure more people will get shot and other will die. There you go folks cant wait for THURSDAY!!!

It's has been confirmed that Reed dies, and Alex is shot. Also the shooter is the man who lost his wife and was trying to sue Dr. Shephard a few episodes ago, I forget his name

Guys come on...it would never be Derek who's dying cause NO one would ever watch Grey again!! I think he could be getting shot though but the one that makes most sense to me is Richard. I still can't decide though cause the look in Owen's eye implies that he might know the shooter. This season started out with the hospital mourning George's death. I can't believe they would start another season the same way!! Maybe more than one person gets shot...or maybe someone dodges a bullet for another. Sigh....I just don't know ;)

Derrick does not die. He and Ellen's contracts are over the end of season 8. At that time they can resign. If there is a show by then. I pretty much think Percy Reed and Bailey's new b/f will die cause they are just guest staring. Derrick-Lexie-AZ Get shot but don't die. I think Keptner is the one that will die in the house fire. I think she is going to go to Mer's house and start a fire and end up getting killed. And I think either Clark or Owen is the shooter.

I think more than one major character will be shot including Derek, Webber, Ben. I think that most of the pics are from the first episode as they seem calmer and think the shooting will be in Death and All his friends since Sanctuary is supposed to show the hospital as the safest place for the doctors and Death and all his friends turn that around. Also think since they've given quite a bit of information out on the episode regarding pregnancy and shooting that there will be other big surprises instore.
Also Mer could be responsible for delivering bad news to some of her collegues about a fellow collegue she was just operating on that could be why she is teary

Now that I've seen the pictures, I do believe Derek's been shot. Most likely by mr Clark. Meredith and April are waiting while I believe Cristina will perform heart surgery
