While Lost fans are still reeling from this week's controversial episode, it's time to take a lesson from the show:

The past simply bogs us down. Let's move on and look forward... to "What They Died For," the second-to-last installment of this iconic series.

As always, ABC has revealed little about the hour, except to say it focuses on Fake Locke's new plan for the candidates; along with their search for Desmond.
