More Grey's Anatomy Sneak Previews: Do You Love Me?!
The shocking Grey's Anatomy promos (bullets flying, blood spilling) and revealing previews (pregnancy tests and important guest stars) have already given us a lot to think about.
The additional clips below from this week's two-hour finale offer more insight into the "game-changing" season-ending episode as we fill in the blanks prior to Thursday night.
As we know, there is a shooter loose in the hospital. Here's the moment in which Derek first realizes it, immediately protecting Meredith and Cristina before venturing back out ...
Could Derek have put himself in danger in order to protect his wife and her best friend? That would be a pretty McDreamy thing to do. But is it the acting Chief who gets shot?
We'll have to wait and see (and debate that endlessly, as well as the identity of the shooter). For now, here's another clip of a surgery scene featuring Owen, Cristina and Teddy.
In the midst of it, Cristina asks Owen point blank who he loves ...

hmmmmmm. i think this pete guy got hit by mr on crack. cause if he hit him and was in a hurry, he doesn't want to bother time with exchanging INSURENCE. hello! you involve the police, they find the gun and your whole plan goes down the drain. he doesn't care who he hits or kills. he has absalutely lost it. he is literally crazy. he's going to kill the chief, and NOTHING or NOBODY is going to stop him. That's what went thru his mind.
People are going to die. And I am going to cry.

It's been said several times now that the guy on the or table is most likely NOT Derek, but this other guy that is brought in at the beginning of the episode (Pete, is it?)!
I just keep wondering what the explosion is that you can see in one of the first promos. Is the guy shooting at some gas tank or something?

yep, realized this too. As soon as he said 6 months I was like hey wait a sec... and also, the shot of Derek at the beginning of the episode he seems happy as well, almost like, everything I did worked out. Richard is sober and he'll be getting his job back and the meeting was probably scheduled for that day so he didn't mind that it was all ending peacefully.. until it's not peaceful at all.
I'm guessing Webber stays on the outside and ends up feeling guilty that he couldn't do anything to stop the guy. It seems like whether or not Derek gets shot, Webber will still be chief again. An injured Derek would just accelerate it I'm sure. Or maybe Webber (seeing as it is "his hospital" will be the one who figures out a way to take Mr. Clark down. Anybody picturing Derek with kevlar under his clothes and being pushed out as bait? I kinda see that for some reason. As long as Mr. Clark doesn't shoot him in the head he'd be okay...however we've already seen he's got a

HELLO! This just clicked for me.
Wasn't Webber supposed to complete 6 months of sobriety before the board review to be reinstated as the cheif?! This was his day. That's why is was so happy at the cafe! He was going to be back on top.
Now the question is: Will Derek get shot causing Webber to be reinstated immediately? OR will Webber get shot before he has a chance to meet with the board?
This just got better for me!!

I don't hope Teddy dies, I really like her character and she's not to blame for Christina and Owen's issues, she backed off and started seeing Mark, this is all on Owen.
Holy crap! Reed's death was an exercution, he shot her in the head!
I hope Alex is okay, he really doesn't deserve this.
I guess Ben dies, since Shonda has already said that he isn't there to stay.

Kim Raver (Teddy) was just offered a full time contract earlier this season. I don't see them getting rid of her anytime soon.
