I think the driver on the strecher is Sheldon. And the person dying is Charlotte. I haven't seen the previews (yet) so that would be my guess. I think the writers would want people to think that it's Dell who's going to die (all though it still seems unlikely since he's walking and stuff) but my bet would be Charlotte. Though I won't miss Dell if it's him..

I read that Dell is not returning to the show next season. I agree with most of you. I think that Maya is goingt to need an organ of some kind and that Dell will pass and they will use one of his to save her. If you see the preview for the finale, Dell is not in the waiting area with everyone else

Sam and Addison should tell there friends, that they love each other and want to explore their relationship.
Pete and Violet should explore if they have a future together they obliviously still love each other.

My first thoughts were that it might be Cooper in the other ambulance, but I don't think it can be. Firstly, the EMT said 48 year old male, and Cooper is not that old. Plus, on Ausiello files, it says that Cooper makes an ill-timed but valiant effort with Charlotte, which makes me feel he must still be alive.
Maybe the person in the other ambulance is nobody that we know. Maybe the person that dies is someone else. I think Dell is a good bet.
I just hope the season ends with Sam and Addison together. Naomi is so annoying, she gets to move on and be happy with Wyler (admittedly he is dying, but you get the point), but Sam can't move on because Naomi isn't happy that he is in love with Addison. Grr!

the person on the stretcher was Maya..and yes I think she will die but they will save the baby and sam will raise it.

I know Dell was walking out of the helicopter - I just wasn't sure who was the man on the stretcher coming out of the ambulance. I wouldn't think it was Sheldon since he & Charlotte were supposed to be having dinner, then where was Charlotte (but it could be). Guess we'll see for sure next episode. I wouldn't think Dell would be the one to die though, although I think his condition will be worse off than he thinks. I would hate to have his daughter lose both her father & mother so soon and young - the thought of that makes my heart break as there are children living that every day.

I'm thinking he doesn't realize he has internal bleeding cause of how bad off Maya is, and when they do realize something is wrong it will be too late.

I'm willing to bet that Maya and the baby are ok, worst case scenario, the baby dies.
However, I REALLY REALLY would place good money on Dell dying. In the very end when he was walking from the helicopter he was walking with an EMT and pushed him out of the way mouthing he could walk and he was fine, Maya's injury will more then likely overshadow everything. Dell will be bleeding internally (like the lady on the into you like a train episode in season 2 of greys) he'll have no idea hes hurt until the end.
My money is on Dell dyin (also he's barely been in this season, which could explain why Shonda brought him back all of a sudden)

To me it looked like the kidnapper from last nights episode...and in the preview for next week you see Cooper, so I don't think its him but you never know!

Okay, I wasn't paying attention that well last night, but my husband asked if the guy that came out of the ambulance last night was Cooper. Did anyone else catch that or think that might have been Cooper?
