I think it will either be Caroline's mom (then Uncle John have even more power over the council and less interference so he can keep even closer tabs on the vampires in town and kill them off) or Tyler's dad (which would then cause Tyler to go off the deep end and turn into a werewolf for the first time)

i think it might be Elena. 'die' in this series can mean 2 things. one the obvious someones dies and they don't come back. or two (this im thinking will happen to Elena) is that she can "die" but then in season 2 she could wake up a vampire. but i don't know. i just can't wait until Thursday!
I am guessing Jeremy. And why Jeremy? well he doesn't exist in the book series so he was created for the show and can be killed off without causing ripples in the book series..

this would suck and be kind of fail, especially since it was damon who told stefan that he was the father in the first place. so wouldn't and shouldn't elena be angry at damon as well?

I really think it's either going to be Caroline or Jenna. They don't have that much importance in the show, but i really enjoy watching caroline, so not to be mean but i hope its jenna because she has less importance in the show. Well i guess we'll see what happens lol. Go Team Damon!!!

Well with Stefan being Elena's so "caring" boyfriend he should have told her especially after the conversation between Stefan and Damon last episode - what is he thinking waiting to tell her?It is kind of a big thing but guess Stefan has to do some serious brooding first LOL - It seems as Damon said that Damon is the only one who can count one and two together!Stefan is just too much hung up on the self pity road

Based on the trailer, I think that Caroline could be a prime target but truthfully, I also think that it could be Bonnie. OR, I also have thought about it being Elyna. I don't necessarily think she will be killed off but they said die and I think it's possible they'll kill her, pull a cliffhanger, and then she'll come back as some weird mystical creature.

Oh, also it wouldn't have been just Stefan who kept Elena's birth father a secret from her. So did Damon and she considers him a friend. Also Damon may get pissed at Elena when he finds out Bonnie betrayed them. Even though she also betrays Elena, he may hold Elena responsible for this.

they already said tyler and matt are safe. i think its going to be john and jeremy. if it's caroline im gonna be pissed becuase she doesn't really do anything so whats the excitement in killing her?

Maybe Jeremy is in on getting the vampires with his uncle but maybe Anna will get him to change his mind and in the end he helps to stop it. I could care less if John dies. They won't kill Bonnie. They'll need a witch again I'm sure. You know they won't kill off Damon or Stefan as than there'd be no show. Same with Elena. Zee, do you know something specific about Anna? Maybe it's the sheriff who bites it. LOL. Although that really wouldn't be a main character. But seriously, is John a main character? Hopefully not Alaric.
